At the risk of sounding like a fangirl, I've always felt Ryan Lochte has had some major issues going on predating the scandal in Rio. I feel sorry for the beating he took over Rio-his behavior was bad but it was not the end of the world. He recently had a child and is resuming his swimming and I'm hoping for the best in his future.
