Blind Item #7

When this train wreck of an MTV reality star is out in LA this weekend she has pre-ordered Fentanyl from her dealer of choice. That differs from her usual order. Is it for her or her significant other or both? No one knows.

    I think she was in NYC for the dress fitting, but will be in LA for the VMA's. This is probably her, because last year around this time Enty reported that she & her loser fiancée were in a LA hotel for days doing drugs & beating on each other.
