ReplyDeleteI'm not a Tiger fan at all but kudos to him for this.
ReplyDeleteThat sweet of him. He cheated on his hot wife that went after him with a golf club before she became a multimillionaire. Others have done far worse and kept their careers. I think it's like Tyson who lost the fire to compete when Gus passed away instead Tiger lost his Dad.
ReplyDeleteAgree
ReplyDeleteCouldn't he have fully or partially contributed to her having health insurance? Being an employee of his and all.
ReplyDeleteSo you know how health insurance works and who runs it? Health insurance doesn't cover everything, they don't cover all treatments, etc etc It's just a blind and not an in-depth account so maybe he did behind the scenes or she was covered in another way.
ReplyDelete*Do
ReplyDeleteI don't think he's career going down the tube has anything to do with his dad dying or losing his bland and boring ex-wife. He literally was injured and has had operations. Injuries is why he has had trouble with his career. He had knee surgery and lost something in his game.
ReplyDeleteMy sentiment exactly. ♥
ReplyDeleteYes, that is very nice of him. And yes, all his employees should have healthcare
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think that he made the payment to avoid any legal entanglement he might incur since he didn't supply health insurance to employees.
ReplyDelete(Just thinking out aloud.)
(Does it seem like I hang around attorneys too much?)
