This former A+ list singer narrowly avoided getting busted by police this weekend in Vegas. Some guys he was with opened fire on some rivals but since no one was hurt, the police are not giving it much of an effort.
Right. "Since no one was hurt." How about going after these creeps for public endangerment, checking their records and seeing whether they have a felony conviction that prevents them from possessing weapons, and charging them accordingly? For starters.
@omaxem definitely agree but I also understand what marsha is saying (below). mental illness isnt an excuse for his actions, but when he CHOOSES to not take his medications and the results affect others negatively...he is DEFINITELY at fault.
