Blind Item #7

Apparently two of the biggest tabloid empires in LA have joined forces to try and destroy this female comedian/actress/reality star. Between all their properties they are just going to take turns trying to trash her at every opportunity. It is having an effect in her income and no one will hire her for anything other than one off shows.

  3. What did she do? Man, people are cruel :/

  4. Does anyone read these two, for anything other than comedy value? NE has the same celebrities dying every week for years.

  5. sounds like the gay mafia wants to shut her up.

  6. If it is K Griffin, she effectively imploded her own career. He co-workers all seemed happy to dump her at the first opportunity they got. Blaming the tabloids would just be rationalization (a defense mechanism in which controversial behaviors or feelings are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner to avoid the true explanation, and are made consciously tolerable).

  7. She'll be on an international set of dates starting in november.
Who knows...she might be a big hit overseas.

  12. Listen, when you build a career on trashing and tearing everything down, what would you expect? Scorched earth in your wake eventually catches up to your own posterior.

When she started she was self-deprecating and she was the punchline, but after she turned and just became a malicious attack dog, well, you get what you've got coming to you.

Good riddance. She was never funny anyway.

    1. Don rickles, rip, did the same type of insult humor and everybody loved him. Why its diff for her i dont know. That head of trump thing was not so funny, but im not clutching my pearls. It was bad, now move on. Same with gottfried, tasteless remark, now move on. We dont have to stop to crucify everyone. Plus humor is so subjective- whats appalling to me may be hilarious to you. There is no one size fits all in humor.

  13. She ridicules famous people, where most comedians ridicule women, minorities, etc. She hasn't played the game, ever. She's crude and has always pushed the limit. People didn't give Eddie Murphy half the grief she gets. Misogyny rules, once again.

  14. There was something disgustingly attention-seeking and opportunistic about that beheading stunt. It was in poor taste (and I say that as someone who despises Donald Trump).

  15. so much hate for kathy griffin, it makes me wonder if some of these comments are from her enemies. her humor is nothing new: don rickles, joan rivers, triumph the insult comic dog (aka robert smigel), every celebrity roast ever, the washington press corps dinners....scathing, humiliating, calling-it-as-it-is jokes that make us roll on the floor with their bravado and fearlessness. don't give up kathy!!!

  17. pushing boundaries is the heart of comedy. she will go down in history as one of the greats.

  18. not all comedians are for everyone. i can absolutely see why some would hate her...some of her jokes make me cringe too. i can't stand to watch smarmy louis ck. he needs to have his career destroyed for his personal behavior against women. kathy griffin may be crass/tasteless at times -- that's not a reason to lose a career. the attempt to destroy her is fascist and a behind-the-scenes effort that the public is buying into.

  20. Understand the Enquirer is in Trump's pocket, the owner invested in his campaign almost as much as Rupert Murdoch did (he did $5 million) and you see what Fox News is. Harvey is just an ass-licking fuck who sold out his own gay community to get close to that POS, don't know how much he invested in the campaign though.

  21. Isn't TMZ & most of the tabloids in Trumps pocket? She pissed off Trumplestilskin with her headless photo & he's big on punishing people. I'm sure he pulled a few strings. It's the sort of minor league shit he'd worry about, instead of say running the country.

  22. She's nasty off camera, which is the difference between her and Don Rickles, Joan Rivers, etc.

It's not an act for KG, she's miserable and acerbic all the time.

  23. Sigh, so TMZ and tabloids are supposedly in Trumps pockets and MSM in the democrats pockets. Cant we move beyond that kind of stuff at least in gossip topics. Hell I come here to ESCAPE the news.

  24. zerooptions: as somebody speaking from 'overseas': we don't happen to like sub-educated, reality-challenged morons who tell us how to live, who to like and whom to vote for, a bit like you guys, hence Trump. Hence Brexit for us. We don't want her either.

  28. Kathy Griffin is an actress? Since when?

    ReplyDelete
  29. @hothotheat - she was a regular on the sitcom Suddenly Susan, she was recurring guest star on Seinfeld. She was also in the movie Pulp Fiction.

  30. Agree it's Kathy Griffin.
Agree she's been treated totally unfairly by the press and others due to her gender, more than due to her shtick and the photo.

  31. Oh so now we are to play the poor st kathy, being ganged up on by angry men card?
    *uck that noise!

She nailed her coffin shut when she played power grab when Joan
    Rivers was on life support.

I used to be a fan, but not after that. Just because she and I both have vaginas...does not give her a pass I my book

  32. Griffin, tmz and some other entity. Bye gurl.

  33. Oh, Bull Puckey. The tabloids have their tongues so far up Captain Sh*tStain's ass, they're coming out his puckered sphincter mouth. This was an ORDERED HIT on Kathy. She did nothing terrible. She isn't that funny, but she has a place in the sad list of what passes for comedians today. I LOVED the hacked off head of tRump. What's the big deal???

    ReplyDelete
  34. Truthseeker, me too! I loved Kathy and Rosie before she became such an angry person. I loved her fight w/Trump back in the day, but now it is old news. I loved Griffin too, but when you get dumped by Gloria Allred’s daughter, you know it is bad news. Kathy went from snarky and funny in her own way (loved her parents on her show) to angry and an eternal victim. This sounds like a blind put out via her publicist — if she still has one...

  35. Um, she's her own kamikaze pilot. She's scorched earth This is her planting this as do so many of the blinds seem from her. Ironically, her inability to take responsibility for any mistake and then lashing out to point fingers at anyone else sounds just like who she lambasted originally

    ReplyDelete
  36. Are we supposed to feel sorry for her? She's disgusting. And she's only got herself to blame, even though she loves to blame everybody else.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Anderson did not seem too sorry to see her. She went too far and she can't handle it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Her Seinfeld episode was pretty much on point. She was lucky enough to get it, then she spilled all the dirt she found out about Jerry in one of her shows and that was it.

Kathy is the friend that you know had a really bad day so you invite her over for dinner, then she goes through your medicine cabinet and tweets all of your medications and plays doctor diagnosing your diseases.
