Bruce Willis
Harrison Ford
Kevin Costner?
Sounds like Costner, but he's not done four big franchises. Bruce Willis has at least four franchises.
Going with Harrison Ford - Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jack Ryan, Blade Runner
Wife - Calista Flockhart -
I'm going with Harrison Ford on this one.
Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Blade Runner, Jack Ryan/Clancy Books as the franchises.
I hope not Harrison Ford. He was in Star Wars, Blade Runner and Indiana Jones, so he came to my head immediately..I'll be devasteted if he'll turn out to be creep :/
Michael Caine? Or Tom Cruise - not old, but definitely a multiple franchise and top studio earner, until his last film, The Mummy, flopped
What sex scenes has he done though? I think Bruce had one fairly recently with a young hirl(Zoe Kravitz maybe... forget films name.. but it was intense
Then again, Bruce Willis has Look Who's Talking, Die Hard, Expendables, and Red.
Hmmmm.
@Trcia13 - Have you seen Color of Night with Bruce Willis? The director's cut is pretty steamy with the sex scenes. I've not seen all of Harrison Ford's movies, but he usually looks too stoned to film sex scenes.
Harrison Ford or Sylvester Stallone
And apparently Unbreakable 2 is coming out next year. It's called Glass and Willis is reprising his role.
He also did the whole 9 yards/10 yards and has tumuktous(chearing$ relationship with Demi then women he dated after roll he married Emma. I think Harrison went from ex wife Melissa to Calista...never heard much about other women but not sure
An Sin City
It won't be a sex scene from the movie, the blind stated the scenes were never intended to make the movie anyway, just appease the actor.
Yes saw it @Thia... yowza!
Dirty Old Man = Trump or Bill Clinton
Stallone was the first to come to my mind.
I'm going with Stallone.
Stallone...Rocky, Rambo, The Expendables and escape Plan, became big with Rocky in 1976.
Did Harrison Ford really go through relationship after relationship? He's had three long term relationships. I dunno.
Harrison has a rumoured fondness for BDSM but this sounds like willis.
Bruce Willis is 62, and that's not old enough to be called "old man who rarely has sex now" ;) Also, he certainly hasn't been A list for four decades, more like three.
I'm going with Ford. He does good job keeping his shenanigans out of the press, but Calista is his third wife and he had an affair with Carrie Fisher when filming SW (while married), so I'd say he's no saint ;)
His "most recent bomb" where sex scenes would not make any sense would be Blade Runner, which sadly bombed at the BO...?
longtimereader: Bruce Willis and his BDSM. Shortly after he married his current wife, W Magazine did a cover story on them and it was photographed in that same theme. You're right on the $. As usual.
The seems more Jack Nicholson
I think I like the Willis guess as the last Sin City was a bomb. Ford really hasn't had one recently. I was surprised to see Stallone is actually only # 65 in box office and that is propped up a by GotG Vol 2.
Oh, and here's the official list of highest grossing actors of all time. Guess who tops it? ;)))
http://www.imdb.com/list/ls074328260/
Warren Beauty?
Don't forget, Willis has been doing a lot of crappy low-budget direct-to-VOD movies lately, the kinds of films where he shoots a few days in exchange for giving them a name actor, and he can throw his weight around bossing the nobody directors and producers. These films can give him the cover because no one in Hollywood talks about them, and they can audition no name actresses to appear in fake sex scenes.
How I wish a guy like this could spend a few years in the ‘POKEY’ aka the ‘SLAMMER’ with Bubba
Stallone is my guess. I hope not tho ;(
I would do a sex scene with Tom C, no questions asked! (don't judge)
"Dirty Old Man" made me think of Dirty Grandpa Robert De Niro, but he doesn't fit.
Ford is a good guess but I dunno about going through "relationship after relationship because of all his cheating" - he might have cheated but both his previous marriages lasted a long time.
Stallone's most recent bomb was Ratchet & Clank, and I don't see them writing live-action sex scenes into an animated kids film, haha. Maybe that's why everyone knew they had no chance of making the final cut.
Melvin makes a good point, Bruce Willis's direct-to-video stuff would be where he would have enough influence to have sex scenes written in. He's only been A list for 3 decades, but that could just be a smudged detail.
Is Stallone known for cheating though?
Arnold was in a few franchises but not currently married.
Bruce W has only been A list since ‘88.
It’s Harrison Ford
Ford prefers the Singer Happy Meal.
DeNiro
Morgan Freeman
Wouldn't Harrison Ford be permanent A+? I hope it's gross old dude Willis and not Indy
Sir Anthony Hopkins.
Multiple franchises. Recent flop could be "Collide".
He's also on wife number 3, I believe.
I think it is Harrison Ford too. Not that it proves anything, but Ford was, in his early days, a world-class horndog. There was a very illuminating interview in 2014 with Eve Babitz, who was a young party girl in Hollywood during the 70's. Eve knew all the people who would go on to be stars, before they were stars. Very illuminating read. Here's the link:
https://www.vanityfair.com/culture/2014/03/eve-babitz-los-angeles-party-scene
And here's the quote:
“The thing about Harrison was Harrison could fuck. Nine people a day. It’s a talent, loving nine different people in one day. Warren [Beatty] could only do six.”
This one reminds me of Warren B....When casting Bugsy, he had decided on Annette Bening early on, but forced casting dir to keep bringing in girls..for his little black book, or whatever.
It's Robert Redford.
Ford was a serial cheater on his first wife don't know about with Calista.
Also Harrison Ford doesn’t seem to do many sex scenes period. His franchises are so well-known - I think anyone would know Star Wars and Indiana Jones wouldn’t have sex scenes.
Dan Ackroyd.
Close to 40 years would be someone who made it big late 1970s or very early 1980s ('78-'81 perhaps). Trying to think of actors who came to prominence around then, ignoring the other details and just concentrating on time frames.
Walken ('77),
Sheen (first nominated '68 but really hit big time in '79),
M Douglas ('79 possibly, '75 production),
Stallone ('76),
De Niro ('73 - probably too early),
Pacino ('72 - too early),
Malkovic ('84 - too late),
Goldblum ('86 I would say - supporting roles till then - too late),
Nicholson ('69 - '70 and isn't really actively acting now - too early),
Hoffman ('67 - too early),
Beatty ('61 - too early),
Arnie ('82 - '84),
K Russell ('81),
Cruise ('83),
Willis ('88 - too late),
Freeman ('89 - too late),
Washington ('89 - too late).
So a good few are too early and one or two may be too late. Can't think of anyone who fits better than Ford really (unfortunately) with the 4 franchises detail.
Good list MCJ, everyone else I can think of is either too young, doesn't have enough franchises, or is foreign born. The problem I have with H.F. is that I'm not sure Blade Runner would be called a franchise, it's only two movies separated by a lot of years. What's the definition of a franchise?
I think it's Bruce Willis. He was shooting movies here in my town for a while with these straight to dvd movies. The directors and producers are complete weirdos and I could see this happening with these guys. (I am a member of a 5 star hotel's pool/spa in town so we would be there at the pool watching all these people).
There was one called "Vice" that would have definitely fit the bill. My friend was an extra in the movie and she said it was very creepy, although she didn't experience any of that. Or so she said! They had hired "lingerie models" to be the robots in Vice.
That being said, Bruce is the only one that I can see with all the franchises.
To be different, Samuel L. Jackson. Franchises include Marvel films, Kong, Jack Ryan films, Star Wars, Incredibles and Jurassic Park.
Stallone and Ford are pretty much the only ones that fit.
Bruce Willis was A list from 1988 onward and that is barely three decades. Nicholson hasn't done many(if any) franchise films and the rest, dunno.
My bet is with Stallone.
