This foreign born married A-/B+ list mostly television actress was a recent Emmy winner/nominee for her almost television show which is based on a real person. Anyway, last year she purchased a chastity belt and decided to wear it to see what it would be like. Apparently the key wouldn't work so she went to a hardware store while on a lunch break and had to buy some cutters for the lock. The thing is though, she wasn't sure which would be strong enough so was going in and out of the restroom at the hardware store until she found the right one.

This is troubling. Why would you voluntarily put on a chastity belt? To avoid rape. What is going on her life that thats her solution? On the other hand, she could be method acting and trying to get an idea about what it was like back then. I don't know, now I'm worried we might be missing a clue that some actress is in danger.
ReplyDeleterelax hothotheat.... The most likely reason is she was just messing around and curious about putting it on. I'm sure she will be ok. Not all woman are as weak and defenseless as you seem to think.
ReplyDeleteHah. Ordinarily multiple trips to the girls room either means blow or a bladder infection.
ReplyDeleteWow, I had to take a look at how these devices are rigged up and I hope for her sake they've made some design and comfort improvements since whenever these things were used/popular. The vintage models look pretty gnarly, some complete with studs and spikes protecting the origin of the universe. I don't even see how someone could have sat down while wearing one of the metal ones. By the way, the male versions look just as uncomfortable. One style has an articulating metal dong shaft sleeve capped off with a nice little tapered tip for the head that narrows into a uretha-sized urine hole. Granted, that one was probably one of the deluxe boner suppression models reserved for elite cases whose wicked thoughts and dirty, dirty erections needed 24 hour discouragement. The peons probably just had to dunk their dicks in tree sap and stick it to tree bark or something.
ReplyDeleteNo doubt they have improved, Joseph. I know some BDSM people, and the devices and cuffs and such they come up with are amazing. Exquisite craftmanship and clever design married with modern materials produces stuff that's amazing.
ReplyDeleteGive one each to Weinstein, Spacey and Cosby and throw away the key.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this was some weird method acting attempt.
ReplyDeleteWhew, thanks Gordon. Lots of room for improvement on those old beaters.
ReplyDeleteThis made me think of Robin Hood: Men in Tights where Lady Marion wears a metal chastity belt with an Everlast lock and the Sheriff has to get like a jackhammer to try to get it off. Look it up - pretty funny!
ReplyDeleteAlso, given that Claire Foy plays a lot of historical characters, I could see her thinking this would be hilarious to try.
That’s actually hilarious. I’m sure the idea came to her based on one of her historical characters.
ReplyDeleteMaybe there’s some creepers on the set of her show she is trying to avoid?
ReplyDelete“Call a locksmith”
ReplyDeleteCan i be an idiot too? Fucking Moron
ReplyDeleteWhen did this happen? I wonder if this happened during that movie she's making right now about Neil Armstrong. w.Ryan G💜sling. She plays his wife.
ReplyDeletePart of this fetish is the "oh knows, I've lost the key, I'm so embarassed, what do I do?!, etc. etc."
ReplyDeleteThis is hilarious! And probably something that would happen to me if I tried one on, too!
ReplyDeleteChastity belts are a complete myth!

Calm down everybody. Several years ago Claire played Anne Boleyn in the series Wolf Hall, based on Hilary Mantel's novel. Part of the story is that Anne withheld sex from Henry VIII till he married her. And to avoid rape, she wore a chastity belt. No doubt Claire was curious about this and wanted to see if it changed the way one would walk or sit. Typical actor prep. The rest of the story about the hardware store sounds slightly exagerrated, but the chastity belt was mentioned in an interview.
