Was Dominic Monaghan ever A- list? He only had supporting roles on LOST and LOTR. But yes everything else fits.
Roles in the biggest film series and the biggest tv series of the decade probably does make you A- list, yes.
Phew! thought it was Tom Hardy.
Monaghan? He does a wildlife documentary show and he's got a reputation as a bit of a pillock.
