Blind Item #7

This A list televangelist who is an offspring of an A list televangelist and doesn't have the last name Graham or Falwell has been paying off parents right and left of teens in his congregation he has molested and/or assaulted.

  4. Oh me too! I’m not sure if I’m right either! Just the first name that came to mind and I had to google the sons name lol. Televangelists to me are fake people and like you said: YouTube like personalities lol

  5. I automatically guessed Richard Roberts but now I'm thinking Osteen because Richard doesn't have near the TV presence that his father did where as Joel Osteen does.

Richard's program, if it's still on, was way more localized.

  6. While normally I agree w/ Miss Tricia, I think this one is definitely a Swaggart or a Roberts.

Osteen may be an idiot for what he did during the hurricanes, but I just don't see this as being him. When he took over, the church wasn't as big as it is now and he only recently, last couple decades had made most of the money. I don't see this being him, but definitely another offspring who was GIVEN everything after their father is the one who made all the money.

  7. It really has to be one or the other...Roberts or Osteen. No one else fits.

    1. Osteen does not fit. His dad was never A list and the church was small until Joel took over. I am a life long Christian and I am not familiar with Oral Roberts' son. There are others that fit. My guesses are further down. The best fits so far are the Crouches, the Stanleys, and the Prices.

Hi guys I have posted some links that you might want to read. I suggest you start with the link at thetop and then work your way through the rest of the links in order.

SO many blinds onhere have been about church related abuse. I think the above pdf will hive those interested some uch needed deep background as yo what is going on. How long it has been going on and why. Yes, child trafficking, drugs, entry into foreign lands to spy, plunder and rape it, etc are part of it. Also it is to destroy communities, families, sow confusion, and inability to see the forest for all the trees they keep planting.

There will be things in the research you do not agree with, and as I always say DYOR after you have read this stuff to decide what rings true and can be supported by facts.

    cheers

I think the above pdf's will give those interested some much needed deep background as to what is going on with these religious fronts.

  11. OK. Trying for the FIFTH time.

A list is the main clue.

No other child of a former A list fits except for Joel Osteen.

Copeland, Savelle, Duplantis, Hickey, all former or current A list, have daughters.

Richard Roberts was never A list especially after the money scandal a few years ago. He was pushed out for all intents and purposes and the Hobby Lobby guy was in charge.

    1. Andy Stanley fits. His father Charles Stanley still gets major airplay.

  12. Don't forget the Reverends Schuller. Their Hour of Power was huge. In my neck of the woods we ALL know of the Schullers (religious or not) Their former glass monstrosity of a Church sits in our backyard, and Jr's "Rancho" is now owned by Saddleback Church (which we call "Church Light" around here.

Geesh! I hope it's not Rick Warren.

  13. Pedo televangelists are Trump supporters. WTF with Trump being buddy with lots of abusers and pedos??? hmmmmm

  14. Rick Warren is not an A list televangelist.

Look at the people on TBN from about 7AM-11AM. Those are your heavy hitters.

Also, it was his wife who was in trouble for texting underage males.

    ReplyDelete
  16. @roxy - I didn't say it was Rick Warren - said I hoped it wasn't. (Besides his son is dead.) He is, however, the 9th richest evangelist in the US - right below Graham.

    My guess was the Schuller's.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I want it to be either of Pat Robertson's sons. I don't care which one, both would be more satisfying. One runs the tv company and co-host his show the other is another scamming tele-evangelist.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @Dahling - good call on the Schullers -- because his children pretty much DESTROYED his church. They stole/siphoned money, got in debt, among other things. I think it was one of the daughters who was the thief, but it was their son, who went on to preach after his father passed. If I have my info wrong, I apologize, it's been awhile since I read about the fall of the schullers.

  19. Jim and Tammy Bakker had a son, Jay Bakker, who had a reality series on The Sundance Channel. He started a ministry in Atlanta, then moved to New York, then Minneapolis. I don't know that I would call him a televangelist, any more than I would call him an actual Christian, but I might be wrong on the latter count.

  20. I don't think it is Joel Osteen. Joel's father was never as successful as Joel so he would not be A list. Joel often talks about his father's struggles. When Joel's father died joel was asked to step in and he did so reluctantly. Joel is the one who took the ministry worldwide and made it a huge success.

The clue is that both televangelist's are A list.

    1. Joel is full of it and he's trying to make himself sound self made. No, he inherited his father's ministry and he was a pretty big deal back on the day. Not as glamorous as Joel but still.

Don't forget, Franklin Kenneth Price was in the news last year. He stepped down due to an undisclosed "moral failure." His father had to come out of retirement to lead the flock. I am hoping it is not the Price boy but things don't look good.

  22. First guess: Fanklin K. C. Price/Franklin Kenneth Price
Second guess: Dr. Charles Stanley/Andy Stanley

I am a Christian and I did not know Oral Roberts and Jimmy Swaggert have sons in Christian ministry.

    Here is my 2 cents:

The blind does not tell us if the father is living or dead. The blind implies the father currently has A-list status.

Joel Osteen's father was never A list. Jim Bakker was A list but is now a laughing stock. His son Jay is not A list and he is weird. However I would not put pedophilia past him.

My best guesses are Dr. Charles Stanley/Andy Stanley and Frederick K. C. Price/Frederick Kenneth Price. I am hoping it is neither.

My reasonings: both Stanleys are A-list. Andy Stanley gives me "fake" vibes and he preaches a watered down gospel. He gives me creeps.

If you are black then you have heard of the Prices. The son was to take over the church. He always seemed uncomfortable when preaching. Last year he stepped down due to an unidentified "moral failure."

  25. If it's Andy Stanley, I will be very sad. He split off from his father when the patriarch dumped his mom, and has never seemed like a fraud. He also speaks about Christ a lot.

Joel Osteen always seems like a fraud to me and barely mentions Jesus Christ in his sermons. Plus he's tight with Oprah, has written best-selling books, etc. He seems more like the corrupt establishment than any of the other names mentioned.

But if this blog has taught me anything, it's that very few people are who they seem to be.

    1. A lot of them speak about Christ when they want your money. Joseph Prince comes to mind. You should read the emails they send out several times a month. I had to unsubscribe.

Joel Osteen and Rick Warren are definitely fake.

As a Christian, I am not asking for perfect pastors and teachers. I am asking for honest ones. If you don't know, say so. If you make a mistake, say so. If you are sharing your opinion, do not present it as fact.

  27. I have to agree with T.W . I really like Charles Stanley and listen to In Touch broadcasts weekly. However, I never really liked his son Andy and there is something about him that is a bit creepy, weird, and kind of fake. I would not go so far as to think that Andy molested anyone, but he has admitted to having a rebellious past and he was once at odds with his father. I would also not classify Andy as A list.

    ReplyDelete
  28. @ T.W. and DDonna Tarttty- I really like Joel Osteen. His sermons are very uplifting and relate-able. He mentions Christ constantly in his sermons DDonna. I listen every week. I love his book, "Every Day a Friday" (which is a lot like his sermons) and he only gets money from his book sales. I'm not trying to promote him, just saying that I like him and he has helped me and motivated me a lot through some tough times. He looks very uncomfortable when he speaks and people criticize that he always smiles too much and that makes people claim he's fake, but he often talks about how he had to take over his Dad's ministry and kind of fell into that job. He's not a slick minister. Anyway, to each his own, but Joel is a good guy in my opinion.

    1. Osteen misquotes scripture quite often. By his own admission he is a motivational speaker, not a pastor or preacher. He has also stated in his books and in interviews he never did want to be in ministry.

When pressed to give a Christian perspective on issues he gives answers that often contradict the written word (Bible). When asked point blank if he believes non Christians will go to heaven he stated ON LIVE TELEVISION there is more than 1 way to get to God. This contradicts the Bible. This contradicts Jesus Christ. Jesus specifically stated no one could get to the Father except through him (Jesus). This is the crux of Christianity and a person is not considered a Christian if they do not verbally state this AND truly believes this.

tl;dr - Joel Osteen is a wolf in sheep's clothing by his own admission who cannot be bothered to accurately quote the scriptures.

    1. Jim Bakker is former A list. Jay Bakker is not A list but he gives off creepy vibes. Can't be them unless the A list clue as written is a red herring, in which case it can be anyone. I think the A list clue helps narrow things down unless Enty is referring to someone who is A list within certain circles.

I was profiling them for a network.
Victoria OWNS Joel. She's his handler.
Joel, even one on one is very quiet, very reserved.
I'd have a hard time believing this is Joel.

  35. FYI

OMG. Jim and Tammy Bakker founded PINWHEEL, which was bought by warner and renamed Nicholodeon.

All these f@@@@kers are ALL IN IT TOGETHER. These "CHURCHES" are fronts for INTEL and many of the leaders work for them.

They are way too many weird connections between all the different Pastors. Way too many connections between pastors and hollywood and way too many connections between pastors and stories here and on multiple aites over the years.

By his own admission Tammy Faye tried to warn him about the people he associated himself with. Notice how those some of those people are now deceased or not doing well? Jim Bakker is very old and is in good health.

  42. Schuller. 3 reasons:
    1. Take a look at this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_television_evangelists. they are the only two on there with same last name who were both well-known.
    2. Crystal Cathedral is in california where enty, et al, are located so likely to have inside scoop on a "local" congregation.
    3. Son bankrupted the church which fits with paying out to keep people quiet.

    ReplyDelete
  43. @Tardissa, is Rev. Schuller's son A list? He is still involved in ministry but he is no longer pastor. I think Schuller's ministries were on the decline because people saw him for the fraud he was.

Fun fact: Liberty University was $25 million in debt. Jerry Falwell died and the school used his $34 million life insurance policy to stay alive. God does provide.
