Today's Blind Items - Catch And Release - A Mr. Hedge Blind Item

This serial pedophile was a child acting manager in Hollywood.  For almost 2 decades, he took advantage of the system, and its victims, in sickening fashion.  A small minority of his many crimes against children are described below.

Authorities caught him red-handed on multiple occasions with child porn.  Each time, this pedophile would give up a bigger fish in the network, and get nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

This acting manager once targeted a victim with married parents, who had very recently moved out to Hollywood, in their child’s pursuit of an acting career.   This vile man began having an affair with the mother, abused the young boy, and made child porn as well.  Somehow, the prosecutors chose only to pursue charges for the child porn, but not the abuse.

After a ridiculously short jail sentence, this pedophile took revenge.  He obtained copies of many different child porn videos he had produced featuring this particular victim, which he somehow had managed to hide from authorities.  He released the videos to pedophile areas on the dark internet, and sent copies to his victim’s agents, casting directors, friends, and even family members.  This completely crushed even the faintest of hopes for his victim to resume some sense of a normal life, and pursue an acting career.

Several years ago, this disgusting creature was charged with committing more horrible crimes against additional children, which included making child porn and torture videos.  Finally, he was put in jail for what should be the rest of his natural life.

  6. It's bizarre how often these guys get caught and only get a slap on the wrist, but don't you dare get caught with crack three times. Or virtually any other crime. The only thing that comes close is white collar crime, I wonder what they could have in common...

I thought Marty Weiss (from the Open Secret movie) only got six months and is still out?
Whoever it is, I hope he rots in jail.

  9. As far as I know none of the usual suspects (pun intended) is currently in jail.

  10. Weiss is not currently in prison. Though he should be.

  11. DDonna is right. I just googled and he's not in prison.

  12. This may be Bob Villard. Is he still in prison?

    1. @Cowbell I’m surprised it’s not Villard, too.

  13. Hint: this monster has never been mentioned before in any previous blinds.

  14. Was Weiss ever mentioned here?

    Because....

"Finally, he was put in jail for what should be the rest of his natural life."

That doesn't indicate how long or if he is still in jail. Just says should be.

It can technically be someone already out of jail.

Mr Hedge, can you clarify? Currently in jail or no?

    1. Currently in jail with a long sentence.

  16. Could it be Josh Werkman, the former manager of Cole and Dylan Sprouse? He was convicted at some point, but I can't find any recent info on him.

  17. Another possibility, Tommy Lowery. Sandlot 2 brothers spoke out about him. Is he in jail again?

    ReplyDelete
  18. As of 2014, Lowery is serving a 19 year sentence.

  19. Sadly, convictions for child sexual abuse are dependent on victims taking the stand. Sadly, they often cannot or do not. So charges are reduced to what the cops can make stick, such as child pornography.

  20. All the guesses thus far are incorrect.

  21. Very much appreciate the hints and such, Mr. Hedge. Thank you.

  22. @Mr. Hedge: this is a good blind and I appreciate you staying on top of whether or not any guesses are correct. That helps move the guessing along. Much appreciation this time.

    Did you nail it??

"“For more than 20 years, Miller — a predator and a con artist — groomed his child victims into believing his crimes were acts of love, and then he manipulated their mothers from reporting him to law enforcement,” said Contra Costa prosecutor Melissa Smith."

MARTINEZ — A superior court judge sentenced Christopher Miller to the maximum 69 years in prison Friday for repeatedly molesting an 11-year-old Bay Point boy, with harsh words for the 42-year-old pedophile who has spent two decades avoiding serious prison time despite numerous child sex allegations and arrests.

  35. Jail is not enough- he needs to be publicly castrated with a catfish skinner by his victims, preferably, very slowly. Then his gonads set on fire in front of him and then find a tall tree and a short rope. That would be proper justice.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Mindy has it.
Jesus Christ, all of the people mentioned in this BI are sick fucks that should be serving at least the same sentence as Miller at the very least. In an ideal world, they'd be getting the chair.

  45. Oh, missed the part about the mother having an affair with him too. Guess she was too dicknotized to be a functional parent and protect her child.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Common tactic. Pedos will often date single moms with young kids . And then move in on the kid. May he forever burn in hell.

    ReplyDelete
  47. If there is video evidence, I cannot imagine why the child would have to take the stand. It is irrelevant if it was consensual. The only thing they would have to do is validate that the child is the child in the video, that the acts actually occurred (as opposed to being simulated or CGI) and that the monster filmed it. Maybe they prosecutors thought he would get enough time just from the video and wouldn't have to subject the kid to a medical exam? But otherwise, they really dropped the ball. Well they definitely dropped the ball because he was out to do it again, but I would hope it was merely a miscalculation as opposed to thinking six months would rehabilitate him or something.

  50. More from the article Charisma posted:

"The family had hired well-known international attorney Edward De Sear to represent the boy and his burgeoning acting and modeling career. In February 2006, De Sear introduced the family to Miller, saying he had connections to the Young Artists Award Show, an annual production recognizing child actors. Last year, De Sear was indicted on eight counts of advertising, distributing and possessing child pornography."

De Sear was connected to an international pedo subgroup called Tail of the Dragon, which operated through boy lovers. This was linked to the bust of a gay couple, who bought a child from Russia to use for trafficking, within their group. The couple claimed they were being discriminated against because of their sexual orientation, and the msm bought it. Eventually, they busted them and started rounding up people they could identify through the videos, pics and chats. De Sear plead guilty to trafficking the couples son. Afaic, 17 years for this fuckwad is a slap on the wrist.

I remember this "discrimination story". I just don't remember the msm ever following up with what happened when the truth came to light, or any connections that were made as a result of the investigation. Shocker! It's amazing how your perspective shifts once you realize what's really going on. The rabbit hole runs deep, here.

  51. @Unknown I believe it's also partly one of the reasons why Putin banned the adoption of Russian children by US citizens.

    ReplyDelete
  52. No Fredy.

Vlad banned adoptions because after invading Crimea the US and Europe delivered sanctions on Russia that are hurting Vlad and the Kleptocrats deeply. Vlad's response was to cut off all adoptions.

Inside the conspiracy parlance of Vlad and Donny Moscow, the term "adoptions" stands for the Magnitsky Act (our Russian sanction bill) which Vlad very much wan't lifted. So when you hear about adoptions being discussed between a government official and a Russian official, they are really discussing sanctions.

Vlad couldn't give a shit about the fate of any child.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You're partially right @plot

It's true that Russia passed the Dima Yakovlev bill in response to the Magnitsky Act

but to ignore the Russian People's furor over perceived mistreatment of Russian adoptees is to forget recent history.

In 2009 Dima Yakovlev (a 21 month old Russian adoptee) was left in his parents car for 9 hours. His father was only found guilty of negligence not Man-slaughter.

This pissed of tons of Russian people, who felt that their children were not respected by American parents/not capably protected by American law as non-citizens

This occurred on the heels of 2 Russian adoptees being killed in 2005, after being severely abused by their adopted parents. Also another adopted Russian girl was used for child porn by her father that same year.

The initial investigation into American adoptions was in 2009...predating the Magnitsky act in 2012 by 3 years.

So yes, it looks like it was passed in 2012 in retaliation to the Magnitsky act...but many Russians view it as very justified.

The Russian population is split on the issue, but the majority of the population supports the policy.

Although Vlad definitely is an opportunist (as are all politicians-"never let a crisis go to waste"), settling into US good Russia bad is a total oversimplification.

  53. @Fredy It's possible. This was 2012/13, during and after these investigations. Either way, political moves of this magnitude tend to have more than one reason. This is not to say that Vlad is the hero, here. However, it's not out of the realm of possibility that he saw the extent of the global pedo networks, and used that as a way to send a message to those who would impose sanctions. Like, I SEE YOU. Everyone backed off him after painting him into a homophobic dictator, and instead blamed him for clown operations in Crimea. It's definitely worth looking into! He also banned US civic groups from Russia during this time, too. Hmmm. Chess moves, people.

@plot I've been lurking here forever, and appreciate your posts as a counterpoint. Healthy skepticism is the way we all should be. Discernment is key in any given situation we're not privy to, and I choose to practice this. That said, we also shouldn't and can't decide that our own reality bubbles are the only right and correct truths. The narratives created by those who want us to believe the version THEY CHOOSE has led us to this very point in time. We have to be willing to expand our perspectives to include any and all knowledge or information. 5 years ago, I would never have thought the disclosures we are seeing every day were going to be acknowledged, let alone be made public. It's up to us now to grow with these new revelations and get up off our knees. No one or government will save us, we have to do it ourselves. But we have to SEE what needs to be changed before it can be.

FWIW, being aware wasn't a choice for me - my dad was AF, who became an aerospace engineer and worked at Nellis, among other noteworthy places. There is nothing anyone could say that would shock me!
