Blind Item #2

Let the #MeToo backlash begin!  What B/B+ mostly movie actress from an acting family was just canned from a pilot that was picked up to series by a major broadcast network?  The producers used her name and revitalized recognition after coming forward with her story about the disgraced Hollywood producer.  When the network picked up the pilot to series, the producers dumped her — at the request of the network. This is not going to turn out well for the producers or network.

  1. Is the problem with pound me too, no producer's going to want to work with someone who'll scream rape at the drop off a hat. All of these whores couched their way up the sperm pole, now they're screaming blue murder, well at least the old and over the hill one's are. Whores being whores is not the problem in show biz, it's adults raping children. Pound me too is a distraction.

    1. While I suspect you have issues with women, I wholeheartedly agree with you that the #metoo "movement" is a distraction from what they're doing with the children! And sadly it's working. It's not even being discussed in the msm.

The comment about women screaming "rape at the drop of a hat," seems insensitive, but it's true. I'm offended by some of these me too stories.

  2. She barely made a ripple. It was her father who actually got more attention for himself. Maybe she just sucked, every show that gets picked up fires actors, many notable, between pilot and season...

  3. Hollywood is always going to want them young, ripe and uncomplaining. Mira ain't that anymore.

The only escapees from this cage seem to be ScarJo and Charlize Thereon.

The sooner Hollywood can hire only leading guys from guytown, while using CGI for all the female roles, the better, am I right?

Right, because it's one of the other. Humans are too simple to support more than one initiative at a time.

    Hurrr...durrr...me human...derp...

    Come, the fuck, ON!

    1. +1 How does anything else distract from the abuse of children on this scale??

    2. #metoo & #timesup focus on adults not children. We all know #timesup is the creation of CAA

The industry would rather be rapists than PeDos. Better optics. More recoverable

I'm not saying It's a distraction, but from a PR perspective, Hollywood has embraced #metoo, while continuing to repress #anopensecret

Why? Adults are less easily silenced than children.

  8. Bruckheimer and Dwayne Johnson are the producers, BTW. Shame them.

  10. Girl in Ohio: "this horrible man kidnapped me and two other girls and kept us as sex slaves in his house for years. It will be such a challenge for me to rebuild my life, to live among people. It is unspeakable what happened, and I hope my captor is tormented in hell for eternity upon eternity."

Girl who was complimented in a bar by a guy she didn't think was hot: "me too."

  11. Although, the show also replaced the male lead.

  12. I'm curious as to the reasons she was dumped though. She looks good, she does not have substance issues, no rumors of difficult to work with that I've heard - did they go younger with a replacement? She's got to be 50 or close to it by now.

  13. "He touched my butt." is NOT sexual assault. And I'm an old hippie feminist bra-burner so I can say what I want. Tell whoever to unhand you, make a fuss, whatever but don't call it sexual assault. On the other hand, real sexual assault needs to be vigorously prosecuted. The confusion is maddening and makes it impossible for women to get justice.
Time someone invented a real-world Vagina Dentata. Any biomedical engineers out there?

  14. She probably can't do it or her schedule is limited.
In 2017, she had 1 movie.
In 2018, she has 8 movies, with 3 still in pre-production.

Where would she even have time for this?

Quit confusing us with FACTS, dammit!

Glad to hear Mira is back in the game. Good for her.

  16. This one isn't Count Rosie, it's the board troll who started up in January, trying to emulate Druken Stepfather with this alt, but failing miserably because he isn't the least bit funny and he's a complete brain damaged idiot.

  17. STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS.

I believe Weinstein and others raped women (and men & children in some cases).

Comments like the ones further up are the reason people believe sex workers cannot be raped.

Touching someone's butt is sexual assault. Assault is any kind of unwanted touching.

  18. The problem with the MeToo movement is that it's a small part of a giant world where both the women and men are willing. It will not change anything about it happening but it will prevent those who are not willing from assumptions that they are.

  19. No, touching someone's backside is sexual assault. I find it staggering when desperate hags claim it isn't..

    1. Hmmm... seems a little dramatic and loose use of the word "assult". If a guy looks at you uncomfortably too long and smiles is that also considered assault by those with your Perpetual Victim Syndrome?

Why do I get the feeling that you're so bitter because no guy is willing to touch you under ANY circumstances??

  20. Miro Sorvino was one of the actresses Harvey Weinstein blacklisted in Hollywood.
I used to just love seeing her in the movies, and wondered why she disappeared.
Harvey Weinstein, may be burn in hell.

  21. From someone that has worked with MS she is a nightmare. I can see why she might have been canned. Not to discredit MeToo or her claims but as a person that has been on same set as her she is horrible. Very difficult. Mean to others. Rude. Unprofessional. I hope that is the reason why she was canned and not what this blind is stating :(

  22. Never heard that about Mira but have heard her father is quite difficult to work with.
