Blind Item #4
This permanent A list rapper has actually done nothing wrong in regards to that older venture of his. The thing is though, he knows that he would probably be asked about his later ventures and those answers would not be very glowing in terms of the way he conducts business.
Jay Z
ReplyDeleteAnd Tidal maybe?

DeleteThe ICONIX Brand Group is under investigation for securities fraud, not Jay-Z.
Jay-Z reported ICONIX paid him a certain amount of money, yet ICONIX reported a much lower amount was paid.
jay z is launching a television division

ReplyDeleteRocawear is still a thing?
ReplyDeletekfitz - if Z. Cavaricci can make a comeback, why not rocawear? Designs have to pick a fashion from 20 years ago, and try to make it work. I have some black fubu jeans i'm saving just in case.
ReplyDeleteTake it from someone that knows people that have worked with and FOR him. Not a nice guy nor is he professionally qualified to pretend to run the businesses that he does. Known A-Hole and has zero professional business experience!
ReplyDeleteZ Cavaricci is making a comeback? Does that mean there is hope for Marithe and Francoise Girbaud?
ReplyDeleteDef Jay-Z, he's being investigated by the SEC. Who'd have thunk a convicted drug dealer and murderer would make for a shady businessman? I'm shocked.
ReplyDeleteHe was never convincted of murder, only accused.
DeleteI wish JNCO Jeans would make a comeback, so roomy and giant pockets.
ReplyDeleteJay and the SEC, oh how the tables have finally turned
ReplyDeleteJay-Z
ReplyDeleteThe ICONIX Brand Group is the one that committed the fraud, not him.
The SEC subpoenaed him 3 times & he may end up arrested.
Jay-Z reported ICONIX Brand Group paid him $200 million to acquire Ric Nation assets. IBG reported a much lower amount was paid.
ReplyDeleteThe SEC is trying to determine if IBG violated securities law or if Jay-Z lied. The source article and the blind imply IBG is in the wrong.
