  1. Why would Hiddlestix be considered A list?

    1. Because he's Loki in the Marvel Universe.

  2. Thank you Enty for making my entire weekend.

  3. Well he better not be. God damn infinity war

  4. why would he want to leave it, he proved he can't carry a movie by himself. It's all he's got left now. He will be Loki 'till he dies.

  5. he's always faking his death in the films, so i'm not really surprised at this. he's also someone who i don't understand the hype around. he 'over acts' his parts imo. he was never a favorite marvel character of mine.

  6. I like him as Loki. It's strange seeing his real appearance though, and I can't remember being a fan of him (or even seeing him) in anything else except for Kong: Skull Island.

  7. I like TH in that LeCarre adaptation a lot, except for the part where he really had to kick butt on a bunch of guys. Not convincing. Otherwise, he's mostly been Grade A ham, but some of the roles require that. Never saw that sci-fi movie set in the creepy condominium, I heard he was really good in that. His poorest performance was as Swiftie's devoted lover, LOL.

  8. Chris Hemsworth’s contract is up, why would Tom’s be longer? Does anybody want a Loki spin-off?

  9. As a reluctant Marvel fan, I am very happy to hear that Enty.

  10. Movies - many
    Stage - Coriolanus
    TV - The Night Manager

Perhaps if "Enty" v 4.0 would go back to the industry standard definition of double or triple threat that the original, authentic Enty used, there wouldn't be any mistakes in the ad hoc definition this site uses now. It's not that hard to say 'this foreign born TV/Movie/Stage actor' instead.

I like Hiddles fair enough, but no, he is not an A list actor by American standards, although he probably still is in the UK.

  11. I think a Loki spin-off would be wonderful. And I really enjoyed him in the Night Manager.

  12. He has a zillion rabid fans who think he's hot. I don't see it personally but hey, good for him, they'll scream for more of him.

But they kill him off at the start of Infinity War? Thor even states he is dead this time. I know comic books!

  14. It's comicbookverse Kris. Single cell cloning is a fact there and boy will he pi**ed when they revive him, maybe in triplicate.

  15. Loki will be in the next Avengers movie because they go back in time to the first Avengers movie. That's the end of his contract. So he is probably done

  16. I liked Hiddleston in Wallander. I was sorry when he left.

    @Kris Taylor
Thor says he believes Loki is really dead this time. He also says he's been wrong about that a lot.

  17. You don't paid til AFTER you complete a movie. And having a contract doesn't guarantee their gonna use you. But it does mean your obligated if they ask. So this blind doesn't make sense.

  18. @Arshes . He could be on a Pay or Play contract, where they have to pay up even if they don't use him so they are making sure he is on call. If the producers/studio terminate his contract before the movie they still have to pay his full fee. Assuming that he didn't do anything to negate the original agreement such as make himself wilfully unavailable to film or get himself thrown in jail.

  21. I always thought Loki came off as a gay man.

  22. I really enjoy Tom Hiddleston's acting, but having met him a few times now, I truly think his best is yet to come. He's quite personable, engaging, knowledgeable on many subjects, and a genuinely *nice* person.

The Night Manager is currently having a sequel written by LeCarre, btw.

And he's done more Shakespeare than just Coriolanus, including Hamlet for RADA last fall.

  23. Hey Enty! I only just got back from the cinema watching this, thank god i missed the spoiler. Not cool.

  24. he is surely on the next acengers, they go back in time. And likely paid for a spin off but I am not sure about it because Loki life is well known ( no story left there) Very good actor! among the best in the UK although I prefer Dr Strange/Sherlock Cumberbatch.
