This celebrity offspring of a permanent A lister is barely herself a celebrity. She really made some bad choices in that past relationship of hers and she still, to my knowledge, doesn't know about the multiple hours of recordings of her having sex with her ex he has. From what people have told me, he had cameras installed in air vents in their bedroom and one in a bedside clock.

Maybe she could get some help from Natalie Curtis, who was also a small child when Ian Curtis took his own life. Natalie's nearly 40 now, so maybe she's worked out some of the stuff Frances Bean is bound to be going through.
Ian's fans still haunt her, though, as I'm sure Kurt's haunt Frances.
And her mom helped her get a lot of plastic surgery while she was very young. She was cute before!
DeleteEVERYONE*** So who has seen the Erik Menendez (and a little of brother Lyle) thing on A&E?? It is gripping! I'm on episode 3 and I totally believe the brothers. They should be freed imo! BOTH of their parents were sick monsters, and adult extended family failed them as well. If a 'battered' woman should get off a murder charge, how the hell do 2 barely adult men, who were heinously abused their whole lives, and never chose these parents, get life for protecting themselves?!?

ReplyDeleteGiven that, in America, a man accused of rape is presumed guilty by the media until proven innocent (at which point he is ignored), it's safe to suggest that taping the sex acts might well be considered proof of consent.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget that we are living in an age when leading feminists tell women that they should retroactively CANCEL their consent if they have sex and regret it the next day. (The leading feminist who comes to mind is Catharine MacKinnon.) She is the sort who believes that, in a patriarchal society, consent ITSELF is a meaningless concept.

Women like MacKinnon are rampant throughout academia.
So all the men who think they are safe after a one-night stand might be in for a nasty surprise when a woman "changes her mind" and accuses him of rape.
Granted, it is against the law in many states to record a conversation without consent, it is apparently not against the law to make a frivolous accusation of rape that won't stand up in court.
So it's reasonable for a guy to record one-night stands in the event that he may need evidence to show she consented.
I'll leave it up to Enty — the REAL Enty — to tell us whether the recording is permissible if there is no immediate intent to publish/broadcast said footage.
