Mandy Moore?
ReplyDeleteYou are dumb.
DeleteSo?
ReplyDeleteThis Is Us has already been renewed for next year, it's someone else.(season 4)
ReplyDeleteShe’s only 34-dangbinhioe it’s someone else
ReplyDelete*I hope
DeleteGina Gershon\ Brooklyn 9 9? Saved this season after being cancelled.
ReplyDeleteSo hot, and underrated.
DeleteOkay HOW can they replace Mandy Moore in the plot of THIS IS US? And half the time she is aged up to the present with grown kids in their 40s so how could her 'age' be an issue? Both she and Milo are somewhat lit etc in younger years to look younger bc obviously there is a time span issue. Makes no sense.
ReplyDeleteLucy Lui/Elementary???
ReplyDelete+1 great guess !
DeleteThey won't replace her, no way. I' m thinking Gina Gershon.
ReplyDeleteThey won't replace her, no way. I' m thinking Gina Gershon.
ReplyDelete+1 Lucy Liu
ReplyDeleteElementary seems like it's on thin ice.
Gina Gershon was a recurring character who hasn't appeared on B99 since the beginning of last season. I'm not so sure about Lucy Liu, either. The reason why Elementary gets renewed, despite low ratings, is because it's a huge moneymaker internationally. That's where the show is profitable. I don't know why exactly the show is so popular in other countries, but I'm not sure they would cut Lucy unless they knew it wasn't her that was helping that revenue stream.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I don't have a guess otherwise haha.
@daria
DeleteI didn't know that!
January Jones, Last Man on Earth?
ReplyDeleteThese kinds of blind descriptions always remind how few alliterate actresses I remember off the top of my head.
ReplyDelete@Sara, yep, you are correct in thinking Elementary's ratings and scheduling (basically a late spring and summer show) make it seem like it's on its last legs. Dynasty (the remake on CW) is like that, too - now relegated to Friday nights. But it doesn't matter how shows like that perform in US ratings because they make all their money in international licensing fees.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if Elementary's international popularity is due to the Sherlock source material, Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy, and/or the procedural format, but if Lucy's a key part of it (and not just in Asia), I don't know if messing with the formula would be a very good idea!
Aubrey Anderson-Emmons
ReplyDeleteThe annoying little kid of Mitch and Cam on Modern Family. She's terrible.
@Bill Philly, ok I think you got it. She's already the second Lily, so it wouldn't be weird to replace her. She's a child, so I won't rate her acting ability (heh) but a lot of people, uh, don't like her.
DeleteMegan Mullally?
ReplyDeleteAlong with JLM, Lucy Liu is the STAR of Elementary. No way she's getting replaced.
ReplyDeleteAlliteration could be letter or sound,
ReplyDeleteso I'm going with Kaley Cuoco.
She's only 32, but looking older.
Gina Gershon's character was part of a limited storyline that started late in the season before last and wrapped up early this past season. Her character is in prison and hasn't been seen since, so the idea of replacing her doesn't even make sense.
ReplyDeleteLast Man on Earth was cancelled, sadly, so this is deffo not January Jones.
ReplyDeleteThis cannot possibly be Mandy Moore.
ReplyDeleteI might be way out here, but could this be Melissa McBride in TWD? She is early 50s and they are getting a bit desperate on that show after loosing 90% of the original cast so maybe wanting to get a new girl to partner up with Daryl now Rick is going. Just a thought. They'd better not though.
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess we know it ain't Annabelle Attanasio or Pauley Perrette. Womp womp.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, it's Tamlyn Tomita from "The Good Doctor". She's, like, a hundred years old. Possibly even older. You can never really tell exactly how old gooks are. And I get off on excluding Chinese people from things.
they literally put old age makeup on mandy moore in her show, it's not her lmao
ReplyDeleteAlliteration: the occurrence of the same letter *or sound* at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words.
ReplyDeleteKaley Cuoco? I don't watch BBT but I feel like I've heard something like this about her before.
