Jen Hudson promotes that supplement-or is it WW?
Come on! That stuff isn't safe???
This really is a gossip site!
She used to promote weight watchers. I think she had gastric bypass.
@MD yes WW +The gastric.. that’s right.
And pills? Shhiiiiit.
@Jimbonius I agree... hard as it as the old fashioned way is really the only safe way— hard work and discipline (sucks gotta say 😂)
I did keto and ended up losing 40lbs. Never would have thought I needed to lose that much weight, but there it is. I started with the idea to lose 15-20, but just kept going. Start at 208 (I'm 6'0"), hit 166 at the lowest, then rebounded to the low 170's for the most part.
And Tricia, discipline is the hardest part :)
Oh just give it up and get an adderall rx for concentration or whatever, worked for a few girls I knew, appetite gone. Just try not to make any major life decisions while you're up for 48-72 hours.
lol Brayson
Jimbonius congrats on that... I’m
Sure it isn’t easy . I’m a fan of the old saying-“everything in moderation, including moderation lol”.
some of those drugs are extremely dangerous if taken for extended time. messes with blood pressure and can throw you into a stroke.
Funny thing, all the chicks who get ALL the guys are the chicks with a little meat on their bones.
He didn't mention Oscar winner
Adderall is very helpful for being productive but I didn't lose a pound on it, or stay awake. It just gave me a burst of a few hours of being super productive and useful.
For fucks sake remove these faggot video adverts that are impossible to click off. Whenever I try and hit the X it just opens the link.
Remove them enty you absolute homo. Whoever invented these abominations deserves to be stabbed in the colon with a chainsaw
Stop taking shortcuts to weight loss. There is no substitute for exercise and diet modification. No one can stay on diet pills forever, and if habits are not modified, that weight is coming back.
Ugh more unhinged JHUd on national television.
Have to say Time Restricted Fasting works for me. Don't eat after 5pm, eat again about 8/9am. First few days you feel ravenous, but after that you don't feel that hungry in the day even. Except maybe at bedtime, but it's just a background noise you ignore. Gonna work a treat for me when I move into a nursing home.
