Steven Soderburg or Martin McDonagh
Steven Soderbergh?
Robert Rodriguez
Alita Battle angel for the film
+1
I'd believe Rodriguez over Soderbergh...
If he's making them, it's false imprisonment or rape.
But one suspect's the actresses are doing what they are doing voluntarily. Like the #metoo casting couch regretters.
I agree with the Robert Rodriguez guesses. Definitely him over Soderburgh.
Guess that explains why the quality of his movies have always been going downhill. If you only cast what you can couch no wonder your films suck.
Robert Rodriguez in general has worn out his welcome.
I know nothing about him or his reputation, but maybe Cameron Crowe?
Bite your tongue, Moose. Martin is awesome and would never do that 😠.
"Alita Battle Angel" is going to be a mammoth flop, combing two themes Hollywood's illuminati crew are determined to force on audiences even though nobody wants it: transhumanism and waif-like teen girls who can beat the stuffing out of 250 pound slabs of muscle.
I watched the first three "Spy Kids" with my children numerous times when they were very young and all I can think of now is what those poor kids must've gone through. :-(
You know nothing about him or his reputation, yet you're guessing Cameron Crowe davgames? I don't think so.
Let me play Devil's advocate and say that all directors and producers do the casting couch. Why, just to land a crappy job as an assistant to the director you have to have to blow your way up.
I'll throw in Michael Mann, but Rodriguez is probably the best guess.
robert rodriguez always struck me as a POS
@ AwkwardTurtle
Michael Mann signed the Polanski petition
@BRAD PITT Nice catch that he signed it. I know he's got a new movie announced that is probably at casting stage. I know his movies don't feature a lot of female roles, but after reading this site for awhile I still get shocked sometimes, but not surprised.
