Dear a-hole who lost your pay cable television job and hopefully if the foreign born A+ list mostly movie actor doesn't go balls up in his defense of you, lost your lucrative movie franchise too,
When you want to get back in the good graces of whoever, you should probably not be calling audience members who actually paid to see your sorry, lying self obscenities or calling them out if they walk out of your act. You are an awful human being.

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind if Ryan Reynolds went belly up defending/enabling him as well. Maybe I am just old school, but something about him and his wife schilling hard booze to their adoring fans, a lot of whom are young and impressionable, doesn't sit right with all with me.

ReplyDeleteI thought when Tim Miller the director split because he wanted more of an action movie, we'd get a funny sequel with some action. Instead we got an action movie with some meh funny bits. Most of which were recycled from the first movie.
ReplyDeleteI thought Deadpool 2 was great. Especially the ending where he redid the ending to other scenes and movies. Anybody trashing it is saying so out of their dislike for Reynolds. He may have a bad rep but that movie was great

ReplyDeleteIt pains me to say it, but TJ Miller was the best thing about "Silicon Valley" and RPO. He's got a two-dimensional schtick, but I've not tired of it yet. Very good timing and delivery, he's a skilled comic actor.
ReplyDeleteI finally saw "Deadpool 2" with my son a few weeks back and we were disappointed. It felt overlong and the plot was extremely tired. Very funny in a few spots, but the action wasn't nearly as effective and Deadpool himself no longer seemed very likable. The segment where he assembles the X-Force through their unexpected denouement was the best part. The sequel felt ugly overall, without the bawdy heart the first one had. Killing that one key character early was a big mistake and the kid who was at the center of the drama was totally unlikable.
Love Reynolds, think he's great comedic actor, loved the first Deadpool. But the second Deadpool? Not much memorable there, the plot was sh!t, Brolin sucked as Cable, and everything seemed toned down from the first movie. There's this obsession with turning anti-heroes into good guys, the worst I'd seen since The Shield and Dexter. Zazie Beetz as Domino was pretty good though.

ReplyDeleteDeadpool 2 would have been better had they added the ending they originally had planned since it's totally in line with the character. Since he could change time, he was going to go back to Austria and kill baby Hitler after the other changes he made. I haven't seen the extended blu-ray version yet, so they might have added it in.
