Proving once again that access trumps actual reporting or asking a question of an actor that would require some discomfort from the actor, this kneepadding tabloid lived up to their nickname in their recent profile of this A+ list mostly movie actor. They should be ashamed for not asking one relevant question about anything that actual humans want to know. Instead, they did the bidding of the actor's PR and the studio to make sure they did what they were told so they could have access to the kissing of the ass of the next person in line.

whats the one thing humans want to know?
ReplyDeleteWhy the fuck he doesn't give a shit about Suri
DeleteHow gay he is
ReplyDeleteWhich I feel we may already know
DeleteWe certainly do 😊
DeleteWe all know he's gay but I want to know if wrestling with men is really his thing after reading it somewhere....
DeleteHe ruined American Made
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion there are lots of People readers who don't know (or don't want to know) and who buy movie tickets. People mag is catering to their "typical" reader and the "average" movie gower. While homophobia will not keep some from paying to see him, I think it's correct to assume that outing will have some impact. And you know the Church isn't going to let it get out, anyway. Face it, no one reads People for their hard-hitting investigative work.
ReplyDeleteNo one asks him about Suri either. I think the question in the blind is that rather than homosexuality but I also think Geel is kinda right.
ReplyDeleteThe question Enty is referring to is Suri.
ReplyDeletePeople does entertainment reporting and a bit of gossip. They don't do investigative pieces or undercover work, that's Time's job. So when the PR FIRM gives the reporter the list of topics to cover and the ones not to ask, they comply or else.
ReplyDeleteThe interviewer should have sprayed Tom in the face with one of those squirting lapel flowers.

@Mike M I liked American Made but I think it let the CIA off as clueless when I'd say they were very much more involved in supplying.
ReplyDeleteMission Impossible was really boring. It was unoriginal and had little plot.
ReplyDelete"American Made" was a shameful limited hangout propaganda piece. The new "Mission: Impossible" is great.
ReplyDelete"Instead, they did the bidding of the actor's PR and the studio to make sure they did what they were told so they could have access to the kissing of the ass of the next person in line."
ReplyDeleteThat is exactly why they exist. They were just doing their job.
And what, exactly, would Enty expect as an answer?
Neither question is really anyone's business. We might be curious, but it's truly none of our business.
ReplyDeleteI agree, cat. No celebrity is obligated to answer questions about their personal life, more than they are willing to offer on their own. If everyone spilled everything, sites like this and tabloids like the Enquirer would probably be defunct.
ReplyDeleteIt's why people like Howard Stern are rarely featured on sites like this, because he throws just about everything out there for discussion.
Yes Sarton, they even mentioned but glossed over the whole Clinton/Bush involvement but we all know that would never be seriously mentioned in any ZIO.org production
ReplyDeleteIt isn't a party until the bigoted conspiracy theorists show up.
ReplyDeleteEnty is talking about Suri. I just read that Katie Holmes released a statement that Suri & Tom were in touch? Or that Suri could call him when she wanted (?) not sure - the latter could be more of an unspoken "but she doesn't."
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't read anything into it other than, he hasn't cut off contact with her.
ReplyDeleteStrange world we live in. I don't understand how a 5 foot 2 scientologist who believes in L. Ron Hubbards made up Crowleyite satanic religion can basically show the world how the Clowns In America orchestrated coups around the world while simultaneously debilitating the entire nation with cocaine and crack and NOBODY pays attention.
ReplyDeleteThey put a smiley recognizable face on a fat child molesting and murdering high profile CRIMINAL and said that he "Did it all for his family" while OMITTING key information that links EVERYTHING up to the Bush Crime Syndicate.
How many of you know Barry Seal was "turned out" right along with Lee Harvey Oswald in the Louisiana Civil Air Patrol by David Ferrie, himself a deep plant operative linking it all right back to the JFK assassination. That's how they do ALL their operations, using any number of licentious vices as an extortion tool, homosexuality used to cut it but only usually works on muslim men whereas the secret services have had to ramp it up to child molestation and murder extortion nowadays.
We've had blinds here before that say TommyGirl sees Suri on the d\l because he's allowed absolutely no contact with her according to $cio by-laws. Honestly I can't imagine him not wanting to see her as long as he's the real father. He's not a fucking bastard.
ReplyDeleteWell the "Has Tom Cruise ever even seen a movie? thread / meme on Twitter was much needed contrast to what is usually in my feed. So I can at least appreciate that
ReplyDeleteWhere is Shelly
