Blind Item #4

Sections of the UK government are selling children into sexual slavery and even making it easier for the slave masters to know what the child/tween/teen has done sexually in the past. I find it interesting that this foreign born permanent A+ list singer has started a company so he too can get in on the bidding.

True but it's ambiguous because is the singer foreign born to the UK or to America

      Ugh

  4. I read about George Harrison offering to buy Ginger Bakers daughter for a night when she was 15, an excerpt from her memoir. So disappointing and wrong.

  9. Foreign born, on this site, always means born outside the US.

  10. Current PM May squashed the yewtree investigation pretty damn quick as soon as she got a sniff of power. This is utterly believable, currently the UK is as corrupt as a typical banana republic. The rich and powerful just don't face any consequences for their actions. Just ask the crooks behind Carillion or RBS. The press bought and paid by foreign billionaires and the BBC a subservient joke. No wonder people voted for brexit, welcome to fantasy island. Still, that baking show is hella entertaining!

  11. So it is an American perm A+ list not born in the US and resident in the UK? Or since it is a UK blind, someone not born in UK?

Saying someone born in the UK and lives in the UK is foreign born would basically make almost every single British celebrity foreign born, making the clue meaningless

  12. There was something in the DM today about local authorities bidding for private sector care online using quite personal details about the children's background e.g. suffered abuse etc. It's horrific! Contracts of up to £350K a year. Easy target hard to manage young people.

  13. @AlleyKat,I was wondering if something like this lead to the blind. So many possible suspects, maybe someone looking to look like they are "helping" these kids?

    1. @guessed....yep. I've googled and can't find anything linking anyone known...yet. I can't believe the authorities have been this naive, given past children in care abuse scandals.

  14. AlleyKat is right about the story today:
    https://www.theguardian.com/society/2018/nov/10/vulnerable-children-treated-like-cattle-in-care-home-system
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6374399/Children-care-auctioned-online-councils-contracts-worth-7-000-week.html

So which singer has recently started an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA)?

  15. As a loyal Briton I'd like to say that i find this allegation ridiculous, a wild fantasy and way over the top, but sadly i don't.

I don't think this is a political thing either, tory and labour and the lickspittle lib dems are probably all culpable.

This nation needs incinerating from th etop.

  16. The info is about risk assessment for vulnerable people - they have to disclose history of self harm, abuse etc so that orgs can assess the level of support and supervision needed for each individual. The really expensive costs are for young offenders (often things like murder, rape, arsonists whonare under 18 and may have a history of mental illness) they need lots of supervision and support = higher insurance costs and secure accommodations etc so it costs a lot. I used to work in an area that dealt with this sort of stuff. A lot of the kids are very very damaged and dangerous and can’t be placed into foster care etc cos of the risk they pose to others.

  17. Wasnt there a blind a while ago about a British politicican abusing someone as a kid whos now famous?

  18. This would be why Theresa may supports sex offenders being able to foster or adopt. She is evil & most def a part of this

  19. Why not Elton? He's known to like barely legal boys and he and his husband cheat on each other/invite young guys into their bedroom all the time. Hardly a reach.
