Lorde and Jack Antonoff
Lena Dunham for the ex
This was in the DM today,an interview with Lena
Oh good old Lorde
Well isnt this awkward Lorde and Lena both are bffs with TayTay
Lorde my be no great beauty, still good looking though, but how much a step down is it to go from her to Lena Dugong?
That's like stepping out of Beverly Hills and straight into downtown Mogadishu during the annual warlord goat head football game.
Lena is 10 years older than Lorde....but why do I feel like Lorde has the much higher emotional age?
I mean immature for both parties involved - Lorde for going for a taken man & Lena for trying to make a public feud out of it.
To me it seems a bit too bitter for a 30 something woman to discuss her private dislike for a much younger woman rather than taking the high road.
You are talking about Lena. Her and maturity don’t go together. Completely agree with you.
Why would two strong, financially independent women be fighting over him? Especially, Lorde, who is talented and pretty
@Lonely Bastard, you are so funny! Sure wish we could hear your comments in what I assume is your Irish brogue.
@gauloise, You ever put two stranger cats in the same room?
@LA Native.
East Belfast dialect rather than Irish brogue. It is far far from what most Americans would think of as an Irish accent.
More a growl than than ,"Faith and begorrah, for the craic is mighty, to be sure" pleasing lilt.
A Belfast family discussion.

Not what most Colonials think we sound like.
@Lonely, hahaha I need to move to Belfast!
HA! Hilarious @ Lonely Bastard
@Ophelia - I don't think it's Lorde's job to avoid a "taken man". She wasn't breaking any commitments. Antonoff is an adult, and was the one in a relationship, it's his job to maintain the sanctity of that relationship or not.
@cebii I totally agree that he's the villain in the scenario! Still it's the mature thing for someone to back away from a romance if they realize the other person is attached - saves a bit of drama for all involved.
That's partially why I believe Lena handled it so immaturely - her disdain should be aimed towards Antonoff not Lorde
LMFAO... seriously.
Lorde may be homely as fuck but she gives great head. I’ve had a couple run ins with her and she always left me satisfied.
@Lonely Bastard - I've always preferred the Northern Irish accent to the Southern one. I was married to a Northern Irishman (born in Glengormley) and stayed with his relatives in Belfast, and Londonderry during The Troubles. Belfast was then, even in the 70s, with the soldier checkpoints and general grimness, a beautiful city. Loved their sense of humour too!
Poser, fuck off.
I read the article and I think Lena was quite restrained on the topic of Lorde.
Lens is insufferable. Who could blame Antonoff for finding someone else?
@ Lonely Bastard after watching more Belfast in July videos on youtube, Belfast is now very high on my travel bucket list. My family comes from scandinavia and we have some pretty good senses of humor with tough attitudes that would mix well.
I am guessing for the full flavor and experience, July would be the very best month to go.
Wow @hunter - Was that aimed at me? I may be many things, but I'm not a poser. I'm British and live in England so a trip to Northern Ireland is no big deal - overnight by ferry (preferably not in Winter with a freezing choppy Irish Sea when you have seasickness lol) or about 30 minutes by plane.
I was just sharing some common ground with Lonely Bastard. That's it.
Didn't know who Lorde is so I googled her. OMG, she looks different in every picture. It's hard to get a good idea of what she looks like. In one, she looks like Michael Jackson in drag. In another, she looks kind of pretty but lawsy in most she is not. Her PR people should tell her no candid shots.
Then,the poor thing can't sing. How did she get a contract? Wait...nevermind
@Kimberly and LA Native.
I'm pretty sure it was aimed at Himmmmm or at least whoever it is posting under that name.
You're right about the ferry though. The ones to Scotland are usually okay,just and hour or two but the Liverpool-Belfast one is one I'm never going to do again.
It's better to fly into George Best Belfast City airport, it's literally ten minutes to the city centre by train and about 15 by taxi or bus. July isn't a bad time as it's not as bad as the media say by a long chalk, but for weather usually June is the best. I'm in Bangor just 12 miles from Belfast city centre and it's a decent place to base yourself if you want away from the city. Just 25mins by train to Get Victoria Street station in Belfast.
Great Victoria Street Station
Who’s Himmmm?
I’ll never understand the mentality of not blaming the woman who sleeps with a taken man. Of course it’s his responsibility to remain faithful. But it’s the woman’s responsibility to back off too. I wouldn’t even borrow someone else’s sweater if they weren’t ok with it.
That's fake Himmmm. Probably Geejire or some other rascal. Real Himmmm is much more eloquent. Ignore the troll. Kimberly your insight is much appreciated. Love those Irish guys.
Geejire is Tally. Aka Chester the molester.
Step One: Admit Lonely Bastard's acerbic wit leaves one weak in the knees
Step Two: Find out Lonely Bastard has a mighty if possibly incomprehensible East Belfast accent; knees go slightly more wobbly
Step Three: Make one's way to Bangor and wander bookstores and pubs and ask every single male if he's THE Lonely Bastard
@Travelgrrl +1
HA! Hey Lonely Bastard, you might have to change your screenname and add a 'not so' to the front of it.
Lena will say and do anything for attention, just like that piglet Schumer. Her ex is a dickbag, Lorde is a dickbag but Lena is the biggest dickbag out there. No matter how many ugly fat selfies she posts of herself in the hospital, I just can't bring myself to feel sorry for her.
