Blind Item #7
I totally forgot until recent articles about an engagement that this A+/A list country singer says she was a virgin until she got married. That might be what she told the press and her husband but isn't close to reality.

ReplyDeleteWho cares stop tryinv to slut or sex shame
ReplyDeletePlease. Half the people here are slutty. At least we try.
DeleteThis is about someone publicly claiming an outrageous lie. Of course we're gonna shame them.
Off with your fancy trigger words, child
Post of the day goes to rosie!
DeleteI’m with Rosie as always
DeleteWasnt that Jessica Simpson? When she married Nick Lachey?
ReplyDeleteShe did say that but she would be called a former singer on this site with additional info like high grossing actress or turned businesswoman.
ReplyDeleteI don't see this as slut shaming - more like pointing out hypocrisy. Depending on Carrie's intent in sharing that info, though, what she did could be construed as slut shaming. "Look at meeeee. I'm much more virtuous than all you whores."
ReplyDeleteShe'd have been better off learning how to dodge punches than trying to protect her chastity.
ReplyDeleteExactly
DeleteI'm going with Miranda Lambert
ReplyDeleteRedhead66 - Jessica Simpson isn't a country singer and I'm not sure there would be "recent" articles of engagement.
Love you Rosie, you’re the best!
ReplyDelete+1 Carrie, because she was/ is a “good girl”
ReplyDeleteMiranda was/ is a “bad girl” and, at least in my radio experience, no questions about whether she was a virgin ever came up. Carrie on the other hand...
I'm with Rosie - it's liar shaming and I am on board
ReplyDeleteThere have been no bigger supporters of ending slut shaming than horny guys. ;)
ReplyDelete@Rosie, lol
ReplyDeleteThank you Rosie.
ReplyDelete+1 Rosie
