His stylist calls him "Sue" on Instagram.
The Urban Dictionary informs me that this is a common term that gay men use for their close friends.

Hey Nutty - interesting note about "Sue" as a nickname, I'd not ever heard that.
Do you think it could be a British thing? I'm in NYC and hang with a wide swath of gaybirds and have never heard it.
That said, I have been watching Queer As Folk episodes for the first time and I asked my pal if the term "nelly" like "you're just a big nelly queen" was actually a word/term and he confirmed yes absolutely - so clearly I don't hear everything.
What about Kiki. That’s the lingo in the Midwest. Never heard of sue but glad for the info.
Actually, they call their close friends Judy.
Gay guy here....
- judy is a dated moniker that older queens called each other in honor of judy garland
- kiki is a quick but dishy conversation. As in ‘we need a kiki to spill the tea about that old queen Judy other there....’
- never heard of Sue as a nickname, etc.
The new gays dont have much fun slang anymore.
Thanks BPlot. ;-)
