This A- list singer is having a hard time dealing with all the weight she gained in her most recent rehab stint and knows she could lose it quickly by using it again.
Yeah, but she was overweight before the OD last year too. She gained a bunch of weight a year ago. Her relapse didn't help her shed the weight last time...
Very sad. She was to believed to have body image issues /eating disorders from a young age ,then the addictions. One feed the other-it will be a long hard journey but I hope she is on it.
I think the weight is the least of her worries. She’s just an all around unlikable (and talentless) person. Maybe she should work on her holier than thou, preachy attitude before she works on her weight, which while she is a bit large by celeb standards, she is by no means gross or flopping sweaty rolls everywhere because she’s too fat to wash without help.
Unfortunately, SD, I worry you might be on to something...Demi will probably fixate on Mariah's recent gastric bypass as the method to prevent the return to drug use/weight gain. It seems like she has an intense fixation/impulse control issue, where she churns on any issue of the moment. HAS to clap back on twitter, HAS to pick at this or obsess on that, take this or change that. It might serve her well to get her brain chemistry properly analyzed and regulated. I've said the same with Bieber. I dont have the scientific proof to back me up, but i think when these people start intense bad habits (especially involving nutrition and chemicals) while still developing, it makes them all the harder to control.
Absolutely. I have seen people who trade one addiction for food/drink and combined with antidepressants.. well its inevitable to gain large amounts of weight. Her little sister has had a weight issue since preteen and it must be the home environment. Hollywood us not the place for Demi. I'd buy a big house in Florida and just live.
Poor gal. She needs to realize that its a temporary bloat, and it WILL go down. If she keeps up with her muscle conditioning and diet, the results will be amazing. I went through a similar period after stopping ADD meds - 20 lbs over the course of a few months. Others thought it was fine, but I hardly recognized myself. It was terrifying and I panicked, hopping on every weight loss bandwagon looking for that magic energy pill. Take a little time for yourself, Demi - you owe your poor body that.
My prediction is that if she keeps doing the right things, a year from now she'll be built like a brick house. My experience has been that weight rapidly gained can be rapidly sculpted into muscle or cushion in the right places.
@Huckle time will tell, relapse is a part of recovery and she's definitely got that part down. However I'm not impressed by the people who never fall down, but the ones who keep getting back up. She's got a history of that too.
Wait- she knows she could lose weight easily by using cocaine again?? This could be a real game changer!! Does anybody else know about the weight loss benefits of cocaine usage?!??
Demi Lovato
ReplyDeleteHey she's hitting the gym the right way, it takes time.
ReplyDeleteFor sure Demi. She looks thick now. I'm sure she'd look thin IRL, but in pictures she does look like she's gained 20 lbs.
ReplyDeleteSTAY THICK DEMI

ReplyDeleteWhat's ridiculous is that she's still probably 40lbs lighter than most of her fans. It's a big big world out there.
ReplyDeleteShe's always looked good a little thicker. Work out, don't do drugs girl.
ReplyDeleteVery sad. She was to believed to have body image issues /eating disorders from a young age ,then the addictions. One feed the other-it will be a long hard journey but I hope she is on it.
ReplyDeletepoor demi
ReplyDeleteUseless.
ReplyDeleteSounds like another cockeyed Demi advertisement. "Say anything... just keep my name out there....
ReplyDelete@Tricia, Not to mention being bipolar, some of those meds cause weight gain
ReplyDeleteShould co-prescribe metformin with anti depressants
ReplyDeleteTopamax is better. Usually given to morbidly obese MI folks. It works for about 20 Lbs.
DeleteGastric sleeve if she stays clean and willing 4th i give certain food products up is yge best solution
ReplyDeleteWho tf gave her this idea?
ReplyDeleteShe's always been big, its just her body type, unfortunately for her for the industry she's in

ReplyDeleteThis could be Selena Gomez, too. : (

ReplyDeleteDemi will be dead in a few years, she wants to be in the 30’s and die like Jim B.. and the rest
ReplyDeletePoor gal. She needs to realize that its a temporary bloat, and it WILL go down. If she keeps up with her muscle conditioning and diet, the results will be amazing. ReplyDeleteDemi Lovato looks better at her more natural weight, which is what she weighs now. She needs some BDE to convince her of the same.
ReplyDeleteI agree with panda - it's a shame but it's her body type, she's built low to the ground.
ReplyDeleteI happen to like her body type. She can hit me up, I'll make her feel great about herself!
ReplyDeleteMy prediction is that if she keeps doing the right things, a year from now she'll be built like a brick house. My experience has been that weight rapidly gained can be rapidly sculpted into muscle or cushion in the right places.
ReplyDeleteBray, I agree with you, but what are the chances she will keep doing the right things? I put the odds a sliver above zero.
ReplyDelete@Huckle time will tell, relapse is a part of recovery and she's definitely got that part down. However I'm not impressed by the people who never fall down, but the ones who keep getting back up. She's got a history of that too.
ReplyDeleteShe's always looked thick, she has tree stump legs on a good day.
ReplyDeleteShe looks healthy now!
ReplyDeleteWait- she knows she could lose weight easily by using cocaine again?? This could be a real game changer!! Does anybody else know about the weight loss benefits of cocaine usage?!??
ReplyDeleteYeah poor girl does have that body type, thick everywhere except the boobs. I can relate. Plus appetite rebound after drug addiction is a BITCH
ReplyDeleteCocaine does speed your metabolism up. It doesn't just make you lose by suppressing your appetite.
