Ben and Snookums?
Ben
Thought Ben too but what’s the donut reference lol
Did anyone mention yet that Norte Dame Cathedral in Paris is in a conflagration right now? Turn on CNN, it’s going to be a total loss. 850 years old. So sad.
@tatty is brutally sad. Gutted
He is a big fan of Dunkin Donuts I think he said there weren't enough of them in LA.
https://www.boston.com/culture/entertainment/2019/03/28/ben-affleck-i-have-dunkin-donuts-every-day
Game of Thrones new opening credits is LITT!
@sandy thanks lol! I love and miss it too but for the ☕️
Yes- Notre Dame is just devastating...hundreds of years to build, hundreds of years standing. So sad. 😰 Holy Week, on top of it all.
Im not catching the donut reference, either, but rest sounds like Ben...casey affleck did a dunkin donuts/boston commercial spoof on SNL a couple years ago, that's all ive got
Sounds like Ben to me. I bet Jennifer is thrilled
They have good coffee and it doesn't cost $5/cup either.
Thanks for the info, Sandy!
Yepthatsme-- +1 love it! I have always loved the beginning, major goals to figure out how to create something similar....Did you ever see awesome Simpson's version?
A good metaphor for what Macron has done to France.
They almost need the equipment used in forest fires...helicopters, etc...so bad
You don't buy the cow to get the milk, you buy it to stop other guys from milking it. He's not a sharer ;)
Yeah isn't the burning of Notre Dame supposed to be a portent of the anti-christ? That work crew that was doing renovations f*cked up big time.
Dunkin Donuts is vile. No wonder we are the fattest jerks on the planet. Krispy Kreme are the only true donuts.
I haven't heard that omen, Brayson...is it a Nostradamus prediction? Either way, it is depressing and disturbing.
To correct my own comment, heard they couldn't fight it any way but how they did do to the roof.
Note that recently there has been a lot of vandalism of Catholic churches in France. Maybe it was a construction accident, but maybe not.
roofs kind of hold a structure in place, so if it is destroyed the rest is very precarious. Not to mention all the artwork within. Also, the heat can destroy the stained glass. Its loss is beyond tragic
Affleck is in love with a stripper situation ! Ya cant turn a natural born ho into a housewife
He was in Vegas with her!
Affleck. He's from Boston and Dunkin Donuts a Massachusetts company. There was one on just about every block when I lived there.
Krispy Cream is disgusting.
Lamar's Doughnuts are THE BEST.
There still is!
Shouldn't this be a kindness blind? Movie star saves woman from life of porn kind of thing?
What papaya said.
Thanks to EU regulations, the bureaucracy and safety regulations have never been tighter all across Europe, including France. The health & safety precautions taken on such a job would be insane.
What the media does not like to report is the wave of mysterious fires that has affclited churches all over France in the last few years, and fires all over Britain. All strange, all in large places, mostly at night, inexplicable until suddenly, they all seem to come down to some strange small error committed by people who usually have to jump through meticulously detailed hoops of safety, and have worked at these places for ages.
Notre Dame has stood for 8 centuries, works have always been done there, without safety regulations, through 2 world wards, yet it has never burnt like this, until now.
If you think this was a accident, I got a bridge to sell you. Just make sure it won't 'accidentally' burn down.
I definitely will not be turning on CNN but thanks I suppose
Macron called the fire in Notre Dame not arson immediately. It usually takes some time to investigate. So the French govt. has some explaining. Agent Provocateurs?
A few weeks ago a muslim woman was arrested for planning to blow up Notre Dame.
In 2018 alone there were almost 900 records hate crimes involving French churches, cemeteries, synagogues and places of worship - none mosques.
They burn down churches in their own countries all the time, so why would anyone be surprised.
Things that make you go hmmm.....
regarding notre dame, the idols were taken off it last week.... arson for sure and where would a laser type weapon hit?.... the roof. always more than meets the eye. fthenwo
The Notre Dame fire was Macron's fault, he hired cheap labour to do the restoration work where the fire started instead of highly skilled and paid experts. Plus where was the state of the art fire safety sprinklers/equipment in such an historic building? the people in charge of the place have been begging for the funds to update the place for years.
