This way underage not even close to driving reality star was with some older family members but everyone at the party was really uncomfortable to be at a party with someone so young who was drinking and taking shots.

    I don't know who this is, but kick the kid and parents out. The person serving is actually committing a crime.

    I don't think it's Boo Boo. Could be one of the kids from DWTS Jr, Master Chef Jr, could be someone from The Toy Box, a kid who competed on AGT, a Gosselin kid, a Housewife kid, so many possibilities.

    I agree, though, that anyone at that party that saw a young kid drinking should have said something or at the very least called the cops.

    Maddie is at coachella... wearing pretty skimpy clothes. I know it is the fashion now but I wouldn't let my 17 year old walk out of the house in a scarf tied in front, pretending to be a shirt.
