Amber tried destroying Depp's career by falsely accusing him of DV because he refused to pay her $50k a month and wouldn't yield to some of her other ridiculous demands. The only reason she married him was to raise her profile in Hollywood. She's gay and she divorced him because he wouldn't let her move her girlfriend into his house, especially as he had already let her free-loading friends move in to one of his properties already.
