He's a Neanderthal, but this seems harsh, given how long he'd been in the country, time served, marriage to a citizen and 4 children who are citizens (three still minors).
I can see Theresa wanting to keep her freedom and get the divorce. However, it does seem harsh to deprive her kids of their father if she has the means to help pursue other options to keep him in country.
He could come back in 2020, when there are no borders!
The law is the law. He chose to commit multiple felonies. And he was in the country for decades, he could have chosen to solidify his citizenship at any time, especially since he chose to have kids here.
When Teresa distracts Joe from the phone call with his side piece and takes him into the vineyard. Bravo gold.
He committed multiple felonies and has been here long enough that he should have become a citizen. He has no excuse. Deport him NOW. IDGAF that his daughters will be sad. They can cry all the way to a fabulous Italian vacation to visit him. He speaks Italian and has family there. He'll be fine.
I saw there was a petition on Change.org to stop his deportation. It had 60,000 signatures! I couldn't help but roll my eyes, lol.
Teresa doesn't want to shell out money because she already has a new boyfriend (that she denies of course) and is ready to be out of the marriage. It will be easier for her to divorce if she can blame it on his deportation, rather than having to admit that she doesn't want to be with him anymore if he stays.
What's so bad about living in Italy?
Lisa-- that whole vineyard scene is always first in my mind when i think of them as a couple, and that's NOT a good thing!
👌🏽
I wish I could get the government to deport me to Italy.
Lol right?
