Took him 2 years, and Amblin was still promoting the show last week
Dusku banked $9.5 million out of some inappropriate jokes by Weatherly. I don't know. You go into a show and you know the star is kinda of a jerk, in a funny way, which is what makes him a star, and the show a hit. Weatherly is now considered a risk, and if his show is cancelled, then that's it for him (maybe).

She didn't bank $9.5 million for inappropriate jokes. She banked that money for getting fired to voicing that she did not want to have to deal with the inappropriate jokes. Just because you know a guy is a jerk does not mean you are not allowed to express that you don't like his jokes.
Dushku was f***ing raped as a 13yrd old on the set of True Lies, of course she takes no s*** now. Spielberg has no problem signing michael bay's cheques either.

Weatherly getting Dushku fired after she complained about sexual harassment was a textbook case of retaliation. It's against the law & puts the producers on the hook. That's why they had to cut her a big check. Once a company engages in retaliation, they can't just throw the harasser under the bus anymore.
Everyone has the right to go into work and not be sexually harassed by some moron's comments. It's a workplace not a bar.

If you're response is to me I wasn't answering a question about her being raped. I was referring to the comment she was groped by Weatherly. Nothing was ever said he did anything like that.
