I just watched the Graham Inverview she didn’t shut him down. She did shut down a German reporter at as press junket because he asked if not that she’s pushing 30 ifs she thinking of settling down and having babies to which her response was “you don’t ask men those questions as they age do I’m simply not answering you or dignifying you with a response” and quite frankly I don’t blame her.
Yeah they starting asking Clooney those questions when he was pushing 60 and still fucking every yacht girl in Italy. Way different scenario. Very rarely are men asked about settling down and having kids. In fact when they are in legit relationships they are told specifically by their PR people to act single to be more bankable at the box office. It’s an entire double standard and one that has been around from the start of the industry. And quite frankly after that pig put his skirt up Tays dress and she won her law suit against him and only asked for $1 (yes that’s one one dollar) in compensation when she could have destroyed him, she doesn’t have to answer or talk to anyone including reporters. She’s already proved she can sell out albums, stadiums tours and set records with out doing any pressers at all with these wanker reporters. Let her do her. People need to leave Jen Aniston alone too. None of anyone’s business.
Taylor and her interview with a German radio station and they asked her about settling down and having kids and turning 30. I thought her response was valid. Ppl aren’t asking men these questions.
Yes, good idea. Piss off the people in control of TV shows, radio shows and tabloids. Depend solely on word of mouth to sell your wares, especially now that record stores are almost entirely extinct and most artists need to tour to make the money that is no longer being generated by album sales.
Texasrose-- Amen! My first thought was Mariah, but Taylor and Madonna both have new material out. If this is supposed to be Taylor, does that mean the interviewer went off script? I think Mariah and Madonna are woefully boring in interview compared to what we know of them.
To me, Taylor is at her best when she doesn't have these talking point agendas. You arent 30 yet, quit counting down, and just enjoy your insane level of success.
Almost every celebrity, especially A listers has questions or topics that are off limits during interviews. This is not news. This is reality. Happens all the time.
Beyonce is such a dullard and I can't stand listening to talk. She comes across as extremely uneducated and I wish she wouldn't ruin what could have been decent movies with her lackluster acting ability.
Britney Spears. She use to have fun interviews and would answer anything. Now? Her handlers put a stop to everything and only let her have rehearsed answers to pre-approved questions. It's very sad.
she doesn't;t have to answer intrusive and private questions like that, but men can have children at 70, while women can not, so it's not exactly the same
It's Spears. You also are not allowed to bring her things or step too close to her at a meet-and-greet. She has Dissociative Personality Disorder, and there ain't no pill for that. I'm a Britney Stan, btw.

ReplyDeleteMariah?
ReplyDeleteMariah is the most boring human being on the entire face of this earth. So, I wouldn't be surprised if it was her at all.
DeleteHmm... boring... that doesn't narrow things down much.
ReplyDeleteTaylor was just on Graham Norton, wasn't she? Shut him down from what I read.

DeletePeople do ask males that too, though.
DeleteNot nearly as much as they do women though. It got to be a question George Clooney got asked often for some reason.
DeleteMy bad. Good catch, C'est Vrai.

ReplyDeleteI'm going with Miranda Lambert. Just to be different
ReplyDeleteBeyoncé. She's a dummy.
ReplyDeleteBritney Spears? Her handlers seem like they would want to keep her from talking.
ReplyDeleteBeyonce rarely does interviews and when she does, they come across very scripted and vanilla. This sounds like her.
