No, but it is highly processed garbage.
No it is not.
I guess if you slice it in half, put it on a piece of bread, put your toppings on top of it and cover it with another slice of bread, it could be though.
It's a taco.
No. When someone says, do you want to go get a sandwich? I am thinking deli meats.
I do associate hamburgers and hot dogs.
under the Eiffel tower, they serve one in a long baguette and it is delicious!! Puka Pup in Hawaii was similar with tasty secret sauce inside. do it could be.
I have actually never even thought a hot dog was considered a sandwich? Is this like a regional thing? LOL genuinely curious.
+1@Simon Couldn’t eat one if you paid me.
dont eat costco ones...hot really sick on those. 2x
got not hot
Technically a hamburger is a sandwich because it's placed between 2 pieces of a bread along with its toppings.
Is cereal a soup?
No, and the only ones worth eating are Hebrew National. The one thing you can trust jews on is their hot dogs.
LooLooEasy-- you've rocked my world with one!😁😕
With hotdog, though I never think I'll have a sandwich and choose a hotdog...yes, I would consider it some sort of subcategory...stuff within bread.
Vienna Red Hots are also great, Count!
Hot dogs are the grossest things. Prob is a sandwich.
No but it's not an edible item either.
Hell no!
yes they are!! @vita
It's a taco.

It all comes under the hamburger theory!
Meat/Protein - Bread/Starch
eg: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce is simply a derivative of bread with a ground beef.
A hot dog is equivalent - Bun with Meat.
So, bread with meat is a sandwich.
Have fun, folks!
=)
I love hotdogs and yes, they are sammies!
no
No, it's not a sandwich. It's pink goo that, if prepared correctly, can be delicious, but no, not a sammich. Or sangridge as my nonna called them.
Not a sandwich and not a taco.
It’s a meat Twinkie.
It has no cream in it, like the meat twinkie in my pants.
I don't even consider a hamburger to be a sandwich. So no.
Enty recycling Your Turns now?
Theyre dumb the first time my friend.
@David By your logic, spaghetti & meat sauce is just a deconstructed sandwich. :)
no, but equally as processed as deli meat
It's a sandwich, a sandwich is something you can eat with your hands, has bread and is made to order. Hamburger is sandwich.
definition of a sandwich:
an item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with meat, cheese, or other filling between them, eaten as a light meal.
so technically, a hot dog bun is only 1 piece of bread, but if it breaks, like they do sometimes, than it would be 2 pieces of bread and would be considered a sandwich
so it all depends on if your bun breaks or not lmao
