This foreign born A list mostly television actress who starred in a now-defunct hit pay cable show has a new holiday film coming out soon and the studio wants to most of it as people have already guessed the plot from the trailer and worried it will flop, If they can't reshoot it then they plan to send it to the streaming giant instead.

  1. Note to studios - Don't spoil the plot in the trailers. This has been a complaint for years, why aren't you learning from past mistakes?

  2. Who goes to the theatres to see Christmas movies when you can see them in an endless loop on Hallmark Channel for weeks before and after?

  3. Lucky it can be a sign of there's not enough decent material in a film to even complete a trailer with. See the trailer, you've seen the movie.

  4. She gonna show titties? I am only interested if she gots some Christmas titties on display.

  5. Trailer makers think they are making their own little feature film and consider themselves to be artistes. They don’t care that they give away the plot. There’s no stopping them.

  7. I'm going to guess she received an organ transplant and the cute new boyfriend was related to the person who donated the organ. Right?

  8. I'm guessing the cute new boyfriend died and that is how she got the transplant. Christmas I See Dead People.

    1. Solo was the best star wars movie since Return of the Jedi. Which isnt saying much, but it is the o ly one i was itching to see a sequel to. Sequel would have had Darth Maul in it and more about the infancy of the Rebellion, which it was revealed that Han funded.

    2. Yeah I loved Solo and Rogue One. The trailer for The Mandalorian looks awesome. I want to be mad at Disney for ruining everything and being so damn greedy even Sony won't work with them. But where else am I going to see What If and MoonKnight? Hell SheHulk is getting a show and she's an alcoholic who bed hopped 75% of every superhero.

    3. Marvel wont be able to top Chyna as She-Hulk.

Not so fond of Rogue One w/ its Oriental fugazi Jedi.

  10. They did a big study that proved people want to have the plot given away in the trailers. Blame your fellow moron Americans.

  12. If the people making the trailers for John Carter had done a decent job people would have gone to see the movie. But they almost always suck at it for some reason. It is like they get people who do not watch movies or understand plots to make the trailers.

  13. It was a time of heroes.....

  14. Just by listeninign to the song you realize the entire plot, specially for the phrases she uses ... "you keep dissapearing!!" and he only talks to her, not to mention his same outfit all the time

Even if they reshoot it it ll flop and we ll all know thair move so ... total waste of money

  15. @ Me Again

That's what I got from the trailer.

The also thing I got was that Emilia Clark was great in it. This is probably the sort of thing she should do. Too bad this shit film will deep six her career. Last chance for her.

  18. If plot being spoiled ruins box then how did TITANIC do so well?

    Please.

Zemeckis trailers always divulge all. Did Back to the Future flop?

This dreck will be a flop because it is bad. End of rant.

  19. Actors need to form their own production companies.

    Bad script, bad movie.

Why can't most of the entertainment biz seem to work out that simple formula?

  20. Actors should form their own production companies.

    Bad script, bad movie.

That would, at least, increase the number of scripts they see.

  21. Many actors do. Sandler & pitt come to mind

  22. CJ - yes, many do.

    Any who can, should.

My 1st comment had an error message. I thought it didn't go through.

  23. This blind is another ridiculous piece of bullshit. I work in the film industry and the film has been testing through the roof. Universal is very much behind it and has been promoting it a full 3 months before the movie opens. There are no plans to reshoot anything. Things like this make me disbelieve everything I read on here.

  24. @dav725 Everyone I know who's watched the trailer can't wait for it. I mean, it's Paul Feig. Even if it's a cliched plot, there's no way it isn't going to be good. Plus, Henry Golding is dreamy. And even though Emilia is a bad actress, she's incredibly likeable.

  25. It’s called LAST Christmas. The spoiler is in the title. And the trailer is all about how sick she is/was so obviously she’s not going to die. But who cares? I’ll still see it. We watch It’s A Wonderful Life every year and we know exactly what is going to happen.

  26. I just watched the trailer...I think it looks like a cute movie. I will go see it
