Lara Flynn Boyle?
Maybe Anne Heche
What was the movie role she inspired?
Ah think it’s Sean Young
I think I remember hearing she was an inside joke kind of inspiration for a role (crazy woman) but not sure?!
omg!! this is actually pretty scary, I hope she can get some help!!
Sean Young CGI reappearance as Rachel in Blade Runner 2049? Or was that not a hit?
The old George Glass trick
Anne Heche
Sometimes they give cellphones to people with mental issues so that when they talk to themselves in public it can look like a normal conversation.
JEEZ flashback to college. It's 1981. No cell phones. I had this girlfriend who was a compulsive liar. I didn't know it. She would pretend to be on the phone when I got to her apt. with this really popular guy. One day the phone started doing that LOUD BEEPBEEP which is what would happen when you just picked up the receiver and didn't actually make a call. All of the sudden I knew she was fucking nuts, and doing it all to impress me and keep me hanging around. All the boys liked me back then. Ha.
She actually texts herself. What the fuck?
@momo, Nowadays they lie on social media about fake vacations or happy relationships 😅
Would not want to be trapped on an elevator with her.......
I like the Anne Heche guess, but, not sure? IDK whoever it is ....maybe going to red carpet events are not the best idea at the moment.
*or whatever public event she was at...
hopefully heche has learned to stay away from Ecstasy
@David Andrews, that's a good guess, she is actually quite crazy..
+1 Tricia, damn you are good at this!
The Heartbreak Kid Steve Martin movie has a character patterned after her...she dumped him.
George Gunter Glass- Marsha Brady's boyfriend! So funny. I've heard of aps that will text you back like a boyfriend/girlfriend. Sort of like tamigouchi, except that your the pet to the AI bot.
I've known the odd nut case. Usually it's after they're no longer around. Or it comes out that they're not actually an Ironman athlete, and away training all the time. A friend broke his engagement off after his younger sister found out and broke down at family dinner begging him not to marry her. Dude dodged a bullet.
Or that that prim princess type with immaculate hair and make up, that claims to be a virgin, that you ate countless lunches with at university, has been with half the hockey team. She probably ended up with clueless med student.
Diane Keaton was the inspiration for Annie Hall. I could see her being this quirky.
Or Jennifer Jason Leigh inspired Noah Baumbach
Maybe Glenn Close...
Anne Heche was famously the in inspiration for Heather Graham's wacky character in Steve martin's film Bowfinger.
george glass was jan's made up boyfriend
momo - who cares. ffs
Sounds like that movie SPLIT !
@A Claire Thanks but sadly it’s a large open (easy) field to quess “crazy” in Hollywood
Cameron Diaz was the inspiration for the Anna Farris character in Lost in Translation
Gotta be Anne Heche. She's single again.
@Derp - George Glass LOL! Jan's boyfriend. "His name is George...(looks at glass on table) George Glass." It is beyond pathological to buy a phone and text yourself...FOR WHY? Sounds like something Amber Heard would do.
However...... @gauloise might be onto something with Diane Keaton!
She was on the DM and the photo of her and her handler is kind of funny.

Oh. So NO ONE here has had an imaginary boyfriend/girlfriend?
Lame.
Anne Heche is dating Thomas Jane.
@pusssykatt, Oh I'd love to hear those dinner conversations 😅
@Nancy: I sometimes have an imaginary husband. I like being in a relationship, but I hate dating and I hate having random men hit on me. People think it’s flattering, but it’s not. I love going out to listen to live music; there are a few places nearby & sometimes it’s last minute and none of my friends are available so I go alone. Somehow men assume that if you’re sitting drinking a glass of wine and watching a band that you’re there to be picked up. And if you’re polite and say hello when they say hello that you’re interested in them. Trust me, if I’m interested he’ll know it! The last few times I’ve wore a plain band on my ring finger just to be left alone. My next idea is to get an item of clothing that says, ‘I’m just here for the music, dude!’
I liked momo's story
🤗
Kristin Bell. The iconic role being from "Frozen."
