Blind Item #7
The really bad actress/former reality star can say whatever she wants, but no one behind the scenes wants to work with her after what she did before to something that had a chance to work.

Tori spelling
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell did she do this time? Stupid cow! Has no career, has no power to pull shit.
ReplyDeleteshe's so bad he own father dissed her
ReplyDeleteI don't think her father dissed her, he adored her. He fully expected and trusted that bitch wife of his to do right by his children and keep them going in the lifestyle they were accustomed to. He would never have his daughter in such a financial mess if he were alive. With that said she is so bad.
ReplyDeleteher parents warned her 1st husband that she was a selfish manipulative spoiled brat and to seriously reconsider marrying her. the 1 year later afer 1 million dollars wedding, she bailed. Both parents basically disowned her and her money management issues continue. kudos to Candy for sending the grandkids to private school and caring about their future. Tori deserves nada.
DeleteI believe she gets $1 million for each child and that’s why she has so many.
DeleteCan Candy be bribed to give Tori her trust funds so bitch goes away for good?
ReplyDeletewhy?? so her and the grifter hubby can blow through it in a year? those two need to have a seat and get regular jobs.
DeleteTori wants attention more than she wants money.
DeleteWasn't she a daughter of Super Rich Media Mogul...how's she broke ?
ReplyDeleteDidn't Arron Spelling have the biggest Mansion in 90210?
He left everything to the wife other than leaving $800,000 to each child. Tories blew through hers in record time.
DeleteIndie Raga, yes she is but Daddy cut her out of his will and was left nada when he died. Then she hooked up with deadbeat McDermott who leached whatever she had left. Thanks to karma she has got nothing and likely won't get any more from her mother. The children won't starve but Grandma Spelling will probably have their inheritance tied up in ironclad trusts to stop any more overspending. Meanwhile the Mansion was sold ironically to Petra Ecclestone, daughter of the super rich Brit motor racing mogul Bernie. Super rich, somewhat trashy and I bet Tory hates her guts because she's living the lifestyle she should have had.
ReplyDeleteI'm willing to bet Candy leaves everything to her grandchildren in iron clad trusts.
DeleteI like her. I thought she was cute in the reboot. So no more show huh? Or is it something else? Not a fan of her hub.
ReplyDeleteThe writers and show runner quit before they began the reboot shoot. Tori wanted her character to be living the richie rich lifestyle that Petra Ecclestone is living, that Michelle mentions. Tori is a production nightmare and her dad is no longer around to clean up her mess and make it happen. That, and she, and probably the others to an extant, probably wanted a Friends reunion pay rate.
ReplyDeleteSadly it might have come together years earlier if Luke Perry, pre-Riverdale, were still living and Brenda hadn't kept it from happening. I bet a streaming, or almost network could pick it up. It was a great show, ground breaking for it's time, but eveyone's grown up and moved on.
Even if Tori had inherited, she would still most likely be broke today.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to money, she's a bottomless pit.
ReplyDeleteThe only way for Candy to provide ANYTHING financially for the futures of her grandkids? Is to avoid giving Tori money.
SdAuntie-- Did her parents really warn the first hubby? That's incredible! I always felt bad for him and LeeAnn Rimes' first husband.
ReplyDeleteI never hear of Randy Spelling struggling to make ends meet, like Tori. Does anyone know his take on all of her drama?
Yes!! BOTH parents said how terribly selfish and mean she is. and they shelled out 1 million for that wedding. https://www.tmz.com/2006/09/13/toris-ex-spills-spelling-secrets/
DeleteWe all know now that the woman who did the damage in the first place mitigated it by cutting her out. Tori does what she knows. It’s better that she was cut out. They created the monster. A trust in the hands of a manager of the trust after her mom dies is in order. Tori is not a bad lady. She does what she knows
ReplyDeleteCandy has a sadistic "relationship" with Tori. She has a billion dollars, and lets Tori twist in the wind, get involved with embarrassing projects, to scramble to make money.
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that Michael Douglas took care of and continued to love and support his druggie son, even when he went to prison, but Candy undercuts Tori at every opportunity, and doesn't give her enough of her OWN inheritance to live on, so she doesn't have to embarrass herself with these type of projects?
ReplyDeleteI read Tori's book. Her mother was in competition with her, in every type of way. Tori was told by her mother to change her wedding date to July 3 instead of the July 4 date Tori wanted, because she didn't want to pay the wait staff time and a half, even though she is worth a billion dollars.
I feel for Tori. She is not a beauty yet comes from wealth, so should have been encouraged towards something other than acting.
ReplyDeleteSomeone somewhere has failed this girl, and it continues.
I have no sympathy for anyone who sees their parents' money as their own and does nothing productive to help themselves or others. The heirs who do nothing but indulge themselves while waiting for their parents to die are a waste of space. Those who resent the parents spending any of their own money, but the children consider to be their inheritance, are even worse. I have seen too much of it in my life, not at the heights of wealth that we're talking about here, but it does happen in many well off families and it makes me sick.
ReplyDelete@Goodau, This is about Tori trying to work, trying to make a re-boot of "90210." She has tried to work, she wrote a series with Jenny Garth, she's written books, she's sold jewelry.
ReplyDeleteCandy doesn't make Randy, their son go through this, even though he was never as successful as Tori. No, he has enough to live on without going through all of this, from Candy.
@Studio54 I apologise for commenting on a situation where I don't personally understand the intricacies. That in no way changes my feelings regarding children's sense of entitlement to their parents assets in general.
ReplyDelete@studio54 , It is not the parents responsibility to take care of the adult child, no matter how much money they have. If she wanted a wedding on July 4 and wanted it her way, she should’ve paid for it herself. End of story.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that Tori makes bad decisions is not the fault or responsibility of her mother. Tori needs to grow the F up and start acting like an unselfish adult.
And to the contrary, Toris MINOR children look like a shit show 90% of the time, and she insists on dragging her fancy ass in front of the camera while the rest Of the family looks like a bunch of ragamuffin. Nothing wrong with looking like a ragamuffin, but she looks like the idiot when she’s dressed like the belle of the ball. I blame her for dragging her children in front of a camera for the world to see. She is a classic narcissist.
And candy is the one with the problem? That maybe true, but Tori is an adult now. I would get some real therapy for crying out loud, start behaving like an adult before I die.
@Goodeau: There's nothing to apologize for. You never read Tori's book, you have a right to comment as much as anyone.
ReplyDeleteThat house in Holmby Hills, the Spelling Manor IS BIGGER THAN THE WHITE HOUSE. For four people. That's the kind of wealth Tori grew up in. Yes, she's a screwed up mess, all the more reason to do what other wealthy parents do, move the kid out of town, with enough money to live on, so they don't embarrass the family name trying to scramble like Tori has had to scramble. Her brother doesn't get treated like Tori does.
Aaron Spelling said Candy had issues with HER mother, and it's really evident in the way she treats Tori. I recall Barbara Davis, Candy's friend also had issues with her daughter. These are trophy wives, used to swatting away all the other women who wanted to marry Mr. Moneybags.
It reminds me of Steve Jobs, making his first child Lisa and her mother live on welfare while he had hundreds of millions of dollars. Lisa said her mother always had to beg, Jobs would never let them be in a position where they were secure and independent. He wouldn't pay a $25,000 bill at Harvard out of spite for Lisa, so other tech friends paid so she could complete her studies. Lisa earned her way into Harvard. Very sadistic and totally unnecessary, IMO.
My brother told his kids: You can all my stuff when I die, but I'm not leaving you any money. I worked hard for it, so I'm spending it while I'm still here.
ReplyDeleteSounds fair.
Imho I think it would have been given life if someone other than Tori and Jennie did what they did. Even if jason and shannon did the writing.
ReplyDeleteMan I wanted to see brandon meet his son.
