As far as I understand it, Rubin jumped on the meditation train years back and is a serious practitioner of both yoga and Transcendental Meditation. So, probably not Rubin. He has made radical positive changes over the last 20 years or so.
Rubin is in poor physical shape. I doubt he can even get it up.
@SD Auntie, pretty sure that Rick Rubin semi-recently dropped a shit-ton of weight. He did used to be plump, but he's trying to stave off the 'betes (aka Wilford Brimley disease). Same with Silent Bob. I was FLOORED when I was Kevin Smith lately. No more paying for two airplane seats anytime he has to fly! He must be STOKED.

Kevin Smith (Silent Bob) had a near-fatal heart attack and really turned his life around; became vegetarian or vegan for health reasons and I think got a trainer and an exercise plan. Sounded for real when I’ve heard him talk about it.
I'm thinking Irv, Dr Dre would pay for a male on the D.L.
