Isn't Ellen Pompeo supposed to be a bitch? Blinds abound of how rude she is to her own cast and crew, her so-called 'colleagues' so I can't imagine she would be remotely decent to 'hired help'. And I hate her too.... just because I totally NEVER got her. No star power, baby voice. It's a travesty she is this filthy rich.

Anniston was the most beautiful woman there. Her hair and makeup look natural, and her dress was the best of them all.
Sophia is about to learn the hard way… Besides the residuals on modern family, good luck having a career after that. Not only is she not a good actress at all, she sounds like a manic parrot that fled Colombia & learned English
Sophia V speaks perfect American English. The fact that HOLLYWOOD told her that accent was important / necessary in order for her to work is the problem.
