About a decade ago there was a huge political fundraising scandal. One of the people behind it has been trying ever since to get to the level he was at. He struggled at first, but then hooked up with a guy he met online and in between hooking up, they devised a strategy. They have been finding people with huge pockets who are sympathetic to their cause. They also prefer those big pockets to be closeted gays who they then blackmail into huge donations. That seems bad enough, but it is what they make the men do sexually with themselves and others that make the deep pockets so susceptible to blackmail. To the outside of the world they seem like big movers and shakers once again and have redeemed themselves because of how much money they raise.
