Today's Blind Items - The No Pants Guy

Back in the day, this one foreign born actor/comedian, had a stipulation in his contract: he was to appear in each movie, in at least one scene, without pants on. Sometimes it was in underpants, and other times just a towel.  He's the one with particular beliefs - rejected by both observant Christians, and highly secular people - who has tried to promote these beliefs. Some might say he's an aspiring ghost. You wonder if anyone will ever bust him.
