Way way way way way back in the day during the early days of the blog, I talked about this A list actress who really enjoyed the thrill of shoplifting. It was her thing. She loved to see if she could get away with stealing very very high end merchandise from the stores on Rodeo and Wilshire. Her big thing back when I first wrote about it was her stealing high end shoes. She would do things like put an old pair of shoes in the box and then walk out wearing the new ones. She would do the same thing with clothes she would try on. She had so many different things she would try. She was A list back then, but she is A+ list now and rich. Very rich. One of the stores back then that busted her multiple times doesn't exist any longer. It shared the name with a coffee shop. Our actress thought they went overboard a few times in what they threatened to do to her. She especially hated one of the managers because the manager made no secret of the fact that he traded gifts for sex all the time and made it clear he wished he caught the A lister when she was younger and more vulnerable. Our actress probably could have increased her wealth much faster than she did, but she spent a lot of money trying to bring down the company and also that manager.
