Today's Blind Items - The C Lister

Industry executives have long been rolling their eyes at this C list partner’s paid for title. While she had a successful career at a studio, the only work she has to her name now is the title itself of Vice President of Television, an empty title. She thinks her “peers” turn a blind eye to having no credits to her name for over five years now, with her name noticeably absent in the credits of multiple television series the film and tv company has put out. She also thinks they turn a blind eye to the fact that she doesn’t even live in the same country currently as the branch, and that the entertainment company doesn’t even have a branch in her current country of the UK. She thinks she can fool people by posting about projects her name has no name on as a “Vice President”. She did it with her previous employment, and is doing it now. And let’s not forget the lawsuit she got wrapped up in, in which the US courts found that “our C lister still works in the ‘entertainment industry,’ there is no evidence what her current position is”. Even her partner’s past and present coworkers know her title is a facade…
