With all the names being bandied about and bet upon for who is likely to appear in the files, I have yet to see anyone mention the Inventor. Pull this string and a huge portion of the sweater will unravel, including former world leaders, mansions with secret rooms, private islands that were recognized as their own countries, and most tellingly, where he got - or rather bought - his former girlfriend, and the recruiting operation she ran out of his headquarters that ensnared untold young women.
