It has since been eclipsed and also is more than the model now married to the disappearing text guy got back in the day. At the time this record happened, this foreign born model was married. She is still married to the same guy. She made her name modeling lingerie. The only reason we know it was a record is because she wasn't paid by a private individual. The actual government of the country paid her, but it wasn't known until very recently. She was brought into the country for a very public purpose which is how the government paid for it. The thing is though, she did the 30 second government function and spent the rest of the time with a politician from that country.
