No Charlie Sheen In Big Brother House

I was hoping that Charlie Sheen was going to spend the next few weeks in England inside the Celebrity Big Brother house, but he was a no show. Too bad because it would have been fun to watch him try and have sex with every woman in the house. Tara Reid is in the house so she did not have much of a honeymoon. When she agreed to do the show though she needed the paycheck so too late to back out. I do wonder if she will end up hooking up with some guy and having her marriage end on television. She is a drinker and some of the guys on the show are good looking, and no I am not including Jedward in that. Kerry Katona is on the show and Tara tried to talk to her and then realized she could not understand anything Kerry said. The only other American on the show is Pamela Bach who used to mix cocktails with The Hoff while they were married.

Celebrity Big Brother UK Summary

For those of you who care, here are the highlights from Celebrity Big Brother last night. Heidi Fleiss made the biggest news when she told Stephen Baldwin and Stephanie Beacham that she would abort any pregnancy she ever has. "I hope I never have babies. That would kill me. Every minute I'd be, 'Is the baby OK?' I'd worry too much. Thank God for abortion. I don't mean to offend anyone but I wouldn't be a good mother. I shouldn't have kids." She also said she would not be telling who any of her famous clients are.

Ekaterina Ivanova has the guys drooling over her and she is loving every minute of it. She will get a new boyfriend out of this besides getting a huge paycheck. For those of you who can't get enough of the show, below is an entire 24 hours compressed into five parts.

Celebrity Big Brother - UK Version

Last night was the first installment of Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. It has to be one of my favorite shows because of the train wrecks of people they manage to bring on the show. This year though has the best celebrity reality star ever. Stephen Baldwin. I don;t care if you like or dislike the guy, there has never been a better celebrity reality star. He has this ability to be exactly what the producers need him to be for the show and brings none of the other Baldwin drama with him. Also starring on the show is Heidi Fleiss who is shown above hugging Stephen. Oh, and Ronnie Wood's teenage ex is on there. This is right after she told The Sun about how Ronnie uses coke everyday and drinks and has a good body for an old guy, that she went up top him initially because he had a big entourage so she knew he was famous. Other people on the show are Alex Reid (of course) and one of Katie Price's other exes. Sisqo is on the show and actually sang Thong Song. Fire Up The YouTube Machine - Verne Got A TV Gig

The smile of good fortune has fallen upon all the people in the UK. Celebrity Big Brother starts over there tonight and Verne Troyer is the most famous of the bunch of them. This will be must see television. Oh, how I hope there is free booze for everyone and a urinal in the corner of the living room for Verne. Wow, this should be good. I will be hitting that refresh button all night long just waiting to see him. Now, according to the list of people on the show, I have never heard of really any of them. They could be famous in the UK. You just have to realize that I am ignorant of anything that happens outside of the US. No, you know that isn't the case completely, but I am lacking in shall we say a knowledge of the UK celebrities who are going to be calling the Big Brother house home for the next few weeks.

It does look as if LaToya Jackson will be living there. Wow. Oh please, oh please let LaToya and Verne hook up. That would be the greatest moment in the history of television. Forget the last episodes of Seinfeld, Friends, Cheers or MASH. None of those would compare to Verne and LaToya getting it on while Gotta Be Starting Something plays in the background. It almost makes me tear up.

Oh, I recognize the name Lucy Pinder from the cast as well. Figures right? The woman most likely to walk around naked during the entire show and of course I know who that one is.

That's Reality Television

I know many of you have no idea who Jade Goody is, but she is a reality star in the UK who became famous one year on their Big Brother. Last year she became infamous for making some racist jokes about an East Indian and was vilified by the British and Indian public. Well, to make amends she entered the Celebrity Indian Big Brother House two days ago, and then was told live on the internet in front of millions of people today she has cervical cancer.

The way they told her was they had her go into the interview room and had her speak to her agent and her doctor who passed along the results of the test. She then broke down and immediately left the House.

Now, the producers say they will not air the footage on the television broadcast, but everyone who has a computer and was streaming online already saw the footage and watched it happen live. Was that really necessary? Are you telling me that there is no way those cameras can't be shut off? If you are not going to air it, then why film it? You must have known what was going to be said before she went in there. So, why not stop the cameras and let her decide whether or not she wants to share the news with the world.

Now, the cynic in me is really glad there was a doctor who was involved in this conversation with her, because if it had just been her agent, I would have thought perhaps the fix was in. Jade has had three other cancer scares, despite which she still drinks like a fish and is constantly abusing her body. She was immensely popular in the UK before her racist comments and as a result of those comments lost a bunch of endorsements. Now, she goes into the Indian Big Brother House to pay her bills and support her kids and wham, two days later she gets the cancer announcement. Now, the Indian people will be sympathetic, and love her. Sharon Stone of course would say it is karma, but that's why Sharon Stone has no hope of a career anymore.

I choose to not be a cynic in this case and pass along my best wishes to Jade and her kids.

Let The UK Celebrity Big Brother Rumors Begin

UK Celebrity Big Brother is famous for throwing out a bunch of names that people would find interesting to see all live in the house together and then when it comes time to put up or shut up, has a house full of people the Surreal Life wouldn't even talk to. The first in what will be many rumors says Paris Hilton(doesn't count if the story is about something else) is being offered $600,000 to join Celebrity Big Brother. I believe she was involved in the rumors last time as was K-Fed, Tara Reid, Gavin Rossdale and a bunch of other people who were said to have signed contracts and blah, blah, blah.

Next week Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty will be rumored to be showing up and the week after that, will be the US again so I will go with Shannon Elizabeth and Shana Moakler. No reason, they just always like to throw out names of women who like to pose naked.
