Power Ranger Guilty Of Three Murders

A former Mighty Morphin Power Ranger was found guilty yesterday of murdering three people. Skylar Deleon was a child star on a lot of shows but was most well known for his stint on Power Rangers. It is a gruesome crime, but apparently Skylar was greedy and wanted a yacht that two people owned. He forced them to sign transfer documents and then killed them and threw them into the sea. Then, when one of his accomplices got greedy, Skylar killed him as well. There are several other people involved in this tale including Skylar's wife who used her nine month old child as bait to gain the yacht couple's trust.

Although Deleon did not plead guilty to the crime, his lawyer never denied that his client did the crime and was basically just using the trial to try and convince the jury that Deleon should not be given the death sentence. The attorney blamed all the bad stuff on Deleon being abused by his father who later died of AIDS. Yeah, but while his dad was dying of AIDS, Deleon tried to to have him killed while in jail on these murder charges.

Deleon just better hope that none of the jury has ever seen that show, because after five minutes of watching it, they would want revenge. If you want to read an account of the murders from the perspective of the family members of the couple who were killed, click here.

It Wasn't The Nightly News

Can you imagine if one day Robin Quivers from the Howard Stern show decided she was going to sue the show for being subject to a sexually hostile environment? Well, a producer from Playboy Radio sued Playboy because she felt she was subjected to a sexually hostile environment. Now, in full disclosure I want you to know that I have handled sexual harassment cases from the employer and employee side.

I am the first person to stand up and say something should be done. Playboy is like any other company, and just because it is a company primarily devoted to things of a sexual nature does not automatically give it a free pass. However, in this case, I think Playboy might just have a point.

The producer complained because she had to produce a radio show called Night Calls where people call in an discuss sex problems, and the host, in this case Christy Canyon helps out the callers and also is not averse to participating in some very hot, uncensored chat with the callers. Even more extreme than Howard Stern. So, the host tried to involve the producer in the show much as Howard involves people from where he works. The producer took exception to it and did not like the fact that Christy was talking dirty to callers or exposing herself even though it was being shot for Playboy TV.

The producer claims Canyon created a hostile environment by, among other things, "exposing her genitals and breasts to co-workers, making requests to guests and co-workers to touch her genitals and breasts and masturbating herself with her own hands as well as with various sex toys during live broadcasts of 'Night Calls.'"

Look, what did you think was going to happen when you signed up for this? Did you think someone from Playboy was just going to read about North Korea and its nuclear program? To me, this is just common sense. It is a sex radio show and television show. You are going to see nudity. It would be like some camera man on a porn set suing for being subject to a hostile sexual environment. He volunteered to be there for it, just as this producer volunteered and was getting paid to produce a radio sex show which was also being filmed.

This is not Jay Leno. If you want quiet, go to NPR. To me this one is ridiculous. If she were to win it would allow my absurd example of a porn cameraman to be able to sue, and win filming porn claiming it was a hostile environment.

Choking Your Chicken Just Became Reality

According to TMZ, Andy Dick was arrested last night in front of a chicken place. Apparently he was arrested on one misdemeanor count of drug possession as well as one felony count of possessing a controlled substance. In addition to the drug charges he also face an an additional misdemeanor sexual battery charge. Choking your chicken in front of a chicken place. Maybe that's where the phrase came from.

Anyway, Andy who is 42 wasn't found with a guy which I assumed would be the case when I saw the headline. Oh, he still kept it freaky, he just went with a different kind of perversion. When cops found him, they found him in the process of groping a 17 year old girl's breasts and pulling her top off.

Andy had one Xanax in his pocket and some weed. Judging from the photo above I would say that was Andy's last Xanax as opposed to his first. The good news if there is any to report is that Andy apparently took to heart Kris Kardashian's words yesterday about not drinking and driving. Instead when the cops found him, he was in the passenger seat of a van and the girl he was allegedly groping was doing the driving. I mean not right then of course or else you would have probably seen some kind of traffic citations issued as well. Take it from me, the police for some reason don't like it when driving and sex are occurring at the same time. Oh sure they are ok with a little groping or perhaps some other kinds of fun, especially if you flash them while they drive by, but actual sex while driving. Ticket.

Secrets Secrets

Do you remember Keanu Reeves hitting some pap back in March 2007? I don't either, but Keanu allegedly drove his Porsche into a pap in a parking lot. So, things being how they are here in the US, the pap sued Keanu. Keanu has been delaying this thing as long as possible and it isn't even scheduled to go trial until October of this year.

Anyway as part of the process, Keanu had his deposition taken. Now in a case like this I'm sure that all kinds of personal questions were asked of Keanu like if he had been drinking or taking drugs or listening to The Carpenters on the radio while he was driving. Whatever they asked and I'm sure the pap's lawyers asked everything, the answers must have been nice and juicy. How juicy? Well Keanu's lawyers got the deposition and the video taken at the deposition sealed from the public. Only the attorneys from both sides will get to see it.

Now, the interesting thing here is that normally the deposition is used to gather evidence, but it is also used as backup in case Keanu would decide that maybe he wanted to change his story while on the stand. Now, although the deposition was sealed, the trial in October as it stands would be open to the public and presumably the exact same juicy questions would be asked in the trial. So why the sealing of it you ask?

Very good question. My guess is that there won't be a trial and that Keanu is going to end up writing the guy a check and wants any and all records of whatever was asked hidden away for good. It just doesn't make any sense to seal a deposition and then have a public trial with the same questions being asked.

Thong Causes Permanent Injury

If I saw this woman wearing a thong, I would suffer a permanent eye injury. The woman in the video above was trying on a thong. Hang on a second. You can actually try on thongs? Seriously? Because to me that just seems nasty. I mean I know on bikinis they have that little band aid thing to keep a woman "protected," but I have never seen such a thing on a thong.

Can you imagine if guys were allowed to try on underwear before purchasing it? Yeah, not going to happen. So, I know women are probably more likely to be clean than a guy, but still it just seems like no one would ever want to go second or third or fourth to try one on.

52 year old Marcrida Patterson said she suffered permanent eye damage when she slipped on a low rise v-string causing a decorative piece of metal to fly off and strike her in the eye. She assured the world she was not using the thong as a slingshot when it happened and was not having any kind of dressing room sex. The thong was part of the Victoria's Secret "Sexy Little Thing Line."

She has not asked for any specific monetary damages as of yet. I'm sure she will want tens of millions of dollars. When the interviewer asked what the thong looked like, Ms. Patterson got up, flipped up her dress and showed everyone. No, not really, but that would have been pretty funny.

Also, if you are going to play up the whole eye injury thing, then get an eye patch. Eye patches are cool and people feel sorry for you when you wear one. You might also want to have your attorney give you a black eye before you go on national television and then you slowly lift the eye patch and America pukes up their coffee and Victoria's Secret just writes you a check right there.

I Didn't Do It Changes To Guilty Plea

Gary Dourdan has plead guilty to possessing cocaine and Ecstasy, but had a heroin possession charge dropped in exchange for a guilty pleas. Of course he won't serve any jail time because that would be wrong, and in fact the charges will be dropped as long as he completes his probation and a treatment program. Not rehab mind you, but a treatment program. Rehab would mean admitting that he was addicted to drugs, and just because someone has a car loaded with drugs and is sleeping on the side of the highway should in no way be considered as having a problem with drugs.

Hell, until the guilty plea today, Gary was adamant that he was innocent and that none of the drugs belonged to him.

"I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative."

Ummm. Yeah. Don't worry. For those of you who think Gary deserved some jail time, there is no way this guy can make it through probation without screwing up. Do I wish him ill will? Of course not, but to send out e-mail after e-mail and tell any reporter who would listen that the drugs weren't his and on and on and on, and then do a 180 and plead guilty, just doesn't sit right with me.

The only reason he changed his story was he realized he wasn't going to win and didn't want to be convicted of three felonies and spend some time behind bars. This way he can be out and about driving with the rest of the population.

Stalking Doesn't Get You Much Time

I don't know if mopery or stalking gets you more time behind bars, but neither one is going to set the world on fire for the length of time you have to serve for being convicted. Uma Thurman and her family have spent the past week in court and have lived with the effects of a stalker for about three years. Today in court, Uma's stalker Jack Jordan was convicted of fourth-degree stalking and second degree aggravated harassment. Jordan was found not guilty of two charges of aggravated harassment.

The stalking charges can carry up to 90 days in jail, while the aggravated harassment charges could send Jordan to jail for up to a year.

That sentence above is a could, not a must, and also doesn't take into account any good behavior or time served. The fact is that although I do joke about stalking, it can be extremely serious. The problem is that despite stalking laws, the police only take it seriously if someone is hurt or killed.

The police are far too busy even for a celebrity, to do much about a stalker except to go threaten the guy or lady and tell him they will be watching. If you are just an average person who doesn't have the name Uma or Orlando or Scarlett then the police might not even stop by your house or even give you a call. Then, when a person shows up dead the police are always shown to have not cared and they promise to do better and for about 12 hours they do. Then unfortunately it goes back to the way it was.

For Uma to spend this much time pursuing this case, this must have been serious. Unfortunately for her and her family, the guy will probably be out of jail, if he even goes, before Christmas.

R. Kelly's Ice Is Getting Really Thin

For six years the child pornography trial of R. Kelly has been delayed. Oh sure, there have been lots of civil suits from girls who say they had sex with Kelly and those have been settled. The criminal charge though has been pending since June 2002. The trial starts this week, and R. Kelly may be in seeing his freedom slip because he loved threesomes.

R. Kelly and his defense team thought they could get away with saying that the girl Kelly is alleged to have had sex with is not the one on the tape. The alleged victim was also going to testify it is not her in the tape. I wonder why she would do that? Take a big guess.

Anyway, that whole theory may have gone up in smoke The Chicago Sun Times says there is another woman who did a threesome with Kelly and the 13 year old girl and can identify the girl in person and on the tape. Uh oh. Can you hear that? That's the sound of R. Kelly's butt clenching knowing he faces 15 years in the slammer if convicted.

Six years. The girl was allegedly 13 when it happened, 15 when the charges were filed and is now old enough to drink legally. R. Kelly is now 41, so that would have made him 33 when it allegedly happened. Tell me again why a parent hasn't killed him yet. Oh, yeah. Money. I don't care how much you offered me, if a 33 year old touched any 13 year old, he would be a goner. I know none of us would be interested in sex with children, but they would have already lethally injected us, and yet R. Kelly is out there. Free, and continuing to make some really bad music and quite a lot of money.

Don't ever believe there is just one justice system. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets off, and I don't mean looking at all the other videos he has stashed somewhere with a bunch of other teenagers.
