Ok, this is SO wrong, but I laughed when someone at TMZ said "anything to get out of a paternity test." I cannot wait to see the autopsy report on this one. Poor Dannielyn, but hopefully now the paternity test will be done and the little girl will be taken care of.
Please, can you give us any inside info you have on this? This story breaks my heart. Was she a mother suffering from grief? Or was it an an of selfish behavior, drugs etc. Hopefully the baby will be in good hands.

Too much has been going on in her life the last 5mths. I feel for her daughters future. The poor baby is only 5mths and already has a ton of drama in her life. I hope who ever raises her, that Dannilyn lives a quiet life outside the spot light.

Stern cant keep her away from Birkhead now. Stern was not married to Anna. He will also need to prove paternity to become her legal custodian.
It doesnt matter what is in her will as to who gets Dannilynn.
Obviously, Anna went to the Bahamma's in order that Birkhead couldnt file for paternity. She knew if he sought custody he would win due to her drug addiction.
I blame Stern for allowing her to continue abusing drugs without intervention.

I always likened this to what I call the "Elvis Syndrome": Anna was a money machine for a lot of people who would do anything, say anything, and ignore anything if it meant staying in her good graces ... and on her payroll.
Howard K Stern (her lawyer) should be investigated and probably disbarred, depending on what kind of lawyer/client contractual agreement she had with him. Lord knows every article quotes yet another lawyer -- she seemingly had an endless supply.
But he was a liar, a co-conspirator, and probably a thief who -- you watch -- will be tangled up in her estate. You can bet there's a will that he drafted or had drafted that leaves plenty to him, including whatever might come out of all the appeals regarding her husband and his bazillions.
Things like this just make me sick ... she had tons of people around her who could have intervened and didn't.
She was going to be a major witness in the investigation of her son's death. If Howard had anything to do with that it would certainly look like he had a motive for her to be silenced. Just saying.
Look... the girl was whacked. Doesn't mean she deserved to die but come one people. Who didn't see this ish coming in the 1st place? She always looked stoned during any interview and during all of her television episodes. However, it's very unfortunate that there is a young motherless child now. Money isn't everything now is it? Karma always comes back to bite you in the rear.
As much of a train-wreck as Anna Nicole was, I still feel bad that she is gone. Her daughter will never know her Mom (Hell, she may never know who her real Daddy is)and her life might be really crazy because of choices her Mom made. It's just sad all around. I hope she finds the peace in death that evidently evaded her in life.
I think it is sad - she was young and I think had ALOT of people use and manipulate her for a long time - including Stern - and to these commenters, come on - have SOME respect for the dead and wishing this on someone else is just horrific you don't KNOW these people really and PLEASE, this was a living breathing person with a child that is now motherless.
