She's really a nice person. I was part of an online chat back in the late 90s when she did a concert w/ KROQ. They had an IRC channel linkup backstage. She answered a lot of questions and was really sweet to the 10 of us in there. (I'm such a dork.)
Not a Gwen fan and I usually dislike her hair and attire, but she looks good here. When she tones it down somewhat she looks infinitely better.
