NY Daily News Blind Item

Which legendary, aging Hollywood producer has his office fitted with leading-man lighting to bolster his fading mystique? "It looks like he has a key and a fill light," laughs one recent visitor.

  6. key light is the main light on a subject and fill is opposite the key to fill in (clever name) the side the key doesn't hit. they're part of 3-point lighting and usually go with a backlight as well.
