I have to go with Tigerbeat on this one - leonna Lewis is the UK's squeaky clean singing star and this is a UK paper - I think they would have said "American" pop star if it wasn't someone from the UK. ~Stacey
If you get the munchies, all you have to do is brush your teeth and tongue and then drink a bottle of water. Its the dry mouth that drives you to eat. Brushing restores the freshness of the mouth.

Brenda...I'd heard the munchies was your body's way of actually restabilizing--ever notice how you don't seem as high when you've finished eating? For me, it's all about the cheap freezies to combat the munchies!!! 3 cals per, and it keeps the brain free to wander. : )
And I lost 100 lbs by getting stoned and going for walks...it could totally be Duff!!
Majik..LOL I smoke before the gym so all this shit about pot smokers being lazy slackers is ASS. I lost 30lbs from tokin and workin out. Makes the time pass and the ipod is much more fun when Cyndi Lauper comes on hahaha.
