Usually a star who is rumored to have hooked up with another star will let the rumor run its course. They may even be coy about it in order to get a few more days of press about it, or even a mention in one of the weekly gossip magazines.
There was no such coyness on the part of Kate Hudson when it comes to Heath Ledger. Page Six originally reported that Kate and Heath were spotted at the Beatrice Inn in New York where they were spotted kissing and making out. The thought of this was so repulsive to Kate that she had her rep issue a statement which said the encounter was a "hi, how are you" encounter and that was the extent of it.
Remember this is the woman who said nothing about Owen Wilson or Dax Shepherd despite all the photos and sighting of them together. I don't know if Kate doesn't want Michelle Williams staling her, or if she thinks no one will ever want to be with her if they think she has been with Heath Ledger, but there is something going on here to bring out the publicist.
Isn't it something to do with Heath getting successively greyer and greyer each year?

ReplyDeleteIsn't Heath a well known heavy Heroin user that's rapidly turning into a junkie big time...hence the Michelle breakup... She may not want to be associated with him for that. ~shrugs~ just a guess.
