As a lesbian, my first reaction to this was surprise that a woman would hit on JS, not so much that JS found it "sick." Just my first reaction, though. Hell, if I ran into her in a bar, I might've hit on her.
I hope I'd have more tact in the same situation, but I must admit I tend to speak first, think later. and then apologize if I realize I've offended someone.

Selena. I thought about it some more and you may be right. I remember a BI Bachelorette Party and Mandy Moore's name was a popular guess (although it may not have been her). If Daddy Simpson was around when she made the comment I would not be surprised.
